I'm a new patient with Dr. Dixon and couldn't have been more pleased with my first visit. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and just seemed genuinely happy to be there. Dr. Dixon took the time to get to know me personally before getting into the clinical aspects of my dental care and solid rapport was established from the start. I'm glad that I found Dr. Dixon's practice...looking forward to many years with him and his team!

I haven't been to a Dentist in 10 years. They scare me. A co-worker referred me to try Dr Dixon and I'm so glad I did! My first apt was yesterday. I felt at ease and well taken care of. The office was beautiful, the staff very pleasant, xrays were pain-free for the 1st time ever, and I'm actually looking forward to follow-up visits. I highly recommend them! Thank you. 💕

A friend recommended for me to go to Dr. Dixon. I am extremely pleased with the dental care that I received with Dr. Dixon. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the procedures to me. I was in so much pain and had so many issues. The treatments that I received changed my life and really helped me see that I also need to do my part and take care of my smile. It is so important to do routine exams, and cleaning and to follow up with the Dr.'s suggestions. If you are the type to procrastinate, don't. Do what you need to do now because it will prevent complications. Dr. Dixon is an outstanding dentist and I will continue to see him. I also appreciate that after the procedures, the staff called me to see how I was doing.

As with the previous positive reviews I would like to add mine. I had a lot of tooth pain and Dr. Dixon's office took me in the same day - my regular dentist asked me to wait three days to schedule due to holiday weekend. It was an emergency and they were all very kind, informative, and gentle. I would describe their office and treatment as holistic. I felt like a human being, my fear was acknowledged and calmed, and my procedure began and ended timely and professionally with a large dose of human kindness. I would like to add that my prior dentist did not catch the serious tooth issue that Dr. Dixon's assistant did. I am happily a new patient with Dr. Dixon and his super awesome staff!

I recently found a new dental home here. Everyone was very welcoming. The dentist was very friendly and really took the time to explain everything to me. The dental hygienist was very thorough and friendly. Probably the best cleaning I've ever had. I'd highly recommend this dental clinic.

The staff at Dr. Dixon's office is so courteous and caring. I used to have alot of anxiety going to the dentist because of a past experience but not any more. Dr. Laos who attended me did everything for me to have a pain free experience. I now have no fear going in and having work done.

I became a patient of Dr. Melvin Dixon's office a few weeks ago and I have to say I was impressed! The front desk receptionist was very welcoming, the dental assistant was friendly and engaging, Dr. Mooberry who happened to be the dentist on hand this day was go gracious and extremely funny, and my dental hygienist was very good. One of the best cleanings I have ever had. :) It was a very good experience! I am glad that I made the switch from my old dentist to this office . Everyone seems to work well together. Thank you!

Dr. Dixon is super nice and very knowledgable. I've been to a few dentists since my last visit due to insurance and distance but, overall he sets the bar so high on friendliness and skill that I really can't be happy at another dentist. Give him and his staffers a try if you think you are scared of going to the dentist. They will change your mind.

UPDATE June 2020: Barb is the world's best hygienist. Tough but fair. She will give you the skinny on your dental health and make suggestions for you going forward. She's really phenomenal, as are all of Dr. Dixon's staff. The atmosphere in the office even under the rigors of recent world events has stayed stable and peaceful. Go check them out.
Dr. Dixon and his staff are great. Their office is clean and efficient. I was in and out as quickly as possible to get back to my day. I got x-rays, bite-wings, check-up, cleaning and fluoride treatment for $255. I paid cash so there was a small discount. I'll be returning soon with the rest of my family. Easy to find just west of the UofA on Speedway.

I am new to Tucson this year and have been to see Dr. Dixon and his staff twice now for my bi-annual cleanings. I love the staff's and Dr. Dixon's ability to make me feel comfortable in their offices. I had the same dentist for 10+ years where I used to live, and Dr. Dixon made the transition to a new DDS a breeze. I highly recommend this practice!
