First time client and had a wonderful experience with E Dental Solutions from start to finish. The whole process was explained by a caring team of experts. The facility was beautifully designed and well kept. Very clean. Very open and spacious and made me feel comfortable and at home. All of my dental concerns were addressed. I did not feel rushed or judged or pressured in to anything. The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The best dentist in Tucson, due to excellent care and always the latest advances in procedures. I've been a patient for over 17 years; and would highly recommend if you want to feel confident about your dentist.

Never going back there.

This is more a review of the Office Staff, as I have never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Wissinger, in spite of two visits.

Strike 1: Apparently, my previous dentist retired Dec 31, and sold his business to Wissinger. And I had a dental cleaning and checkup scheduled for Jan 3. I did get a strange voice message Dec 30, telling me I had an appointment Jan 3 with a doctor I had never heard of. I disregarded it.

I showed up for my Jan 3 appointment... the old office was dark. I started making phone calls, and discovered I now had a new dentist. Fantastic. I drove 15 minutes to get there. My old dental hygenist was there, she took me in... cleaned me. But told me that the dentist didn't have time to see me that day. I made an appointment with one of the four office staff for 9am, Jan 18, and I would meet Dr. Wissinger for a dental exam. OK...

Strike 2: I drive 25 minutes on Jan 18, show up... they greet me as "Greg". No. I talk to one of the 4 office staff... last name,,, first name... date of birth... umm.... umm.... "No, you don't have any appointments". Furious, I realize I have just wasted an hour on a very busy day. "OK, we can schedule you.." Me: "No, call me, I need to go."

Strike 3: Jan 19 in the afternoon: No, they didn't call me.

So, I have no idea if Dr. Wissinger is a good dentist or not, but I am not going to waste any more time with someone who is very interested in building up a huge dental empire with four office staff who don't have the courtesy or competence to take care of their patients. GAH! A bungled dental office transition. An extra trip when there should have been only one. A bungled appointment. And when I asked them to reach out to me, they did not. Hey, that is FOUR strikes... yup, I would never be comfortable there at this point.

My experience was exceptional. The best dental care I have had for the past several years. The exam was exceptionally meticulous. Dr. Wissinger found a couple of issues that my previous dentist did not even notice. She devised a comprehensive plan and worked with my insurance throughout the process to fix all the problems. The staff are phenomenal.

I completely trust Dr Wissinger. I'm so glad to have her after my regular dentist of 15 years left his general dentistry practice for a specialized one. Also, Dr Wissinger's staff is top notch!

Dr. Elle Wissinger and her team are amazing. Everyone in the office is kind, courteous and professional. I feel confident in the work done and know it is to the highest standards. I highly recommend checking out this office for your dental needs.

I was disappointed that you are trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary procedures. I might need some work done, but hard to believe it is everything you guys told me. Also your trying to make more money so where I used to see the Denist once a year and the dentist hygienist twice a year for cleaning, you now tell I have to see Denist every six months too,. I feel you guys are just trying to get more money from your customers and it’s hard on some of us that don’t have insurance anymore so every dollar we spend is coming out of our pocket

This is the most accomplished dental practice in the Tucson area. Up to date materials/equipment and procedures. And with an emphasis on holistic dentistry.

Dr Wissinger is a very skilled dentist - one of the best I've ever had working on my teeth. She is also gracious and makes you feel welcome and comfortable when you come in - and so does her well-trained staff.

They are all open to answering and questions or concerns that you may have. Very reasonable front desk as well. It's a pleasure to go there.

I had an abscessed tooth and they saw me the same day, very accommodating.

Seeing a new dentist is always a bit scary as out of our comfort zone. It was the most thorough check up I have ever had the DR is amazing the hygienist was amazing too. Already recommended my wife switch she is seeing the DR next week I know we are in great hands I was so confident I signed up for further treatment. Highly Highly recommend!!!!!!
