I never post reviews because most of the time I don’t see the point but I am so upset, first off I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning weeks ago to get in today when I get there they ask me if I have insurance which is very weird because they’ve been calling me for the past 3 to 4 days to get my correct insurance which I had given them two days ago so why would they be asking me what my insurance is when I walk in. She then proceeds to tell me that they haven’t called my insurance and she was going to do that now at the time of my appointment after 30 minutes of me waiting while they’re trying to figure my insurance information out that should have been done days ago or at least before my appointment I finally got up and left. I am so upset because I drove 30 minutes there to get a cleaning and with gas prices it’s crazy and I left my baby for the first time to be so disappointed and irritated and just so unprofessional. I used to work at this dental office so I know how it works and I don’t mind giving a little grace but this was just ridiculous and I will not be back ever.

I just want to say what an AWESOME experience I had at Gentle Dental off of Ina Rd.
When they created their name, they really must’ve been serious because that was the smoothest and most “gentle” experience ever. From the fervent and quick services of the dental assistant, Jessica Ceniceros. To the amazing attitude and care from the Hygienist, Victor, and not to mention the stellar performance by the Doc!
Overall, had the most pleasant experience, and look forward to having Jessica Ceniceros and Victor help me again. Seriously, go see them they are soooo awesome!!!

Dr. Burningham did a great job. Also his co workers are very helpful and friendly. The office is very clean. Most important to me is that they take appointments after 4pm. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a great experience at Gentle Dental , staff is very friendly and quick to attend you. Got a full check up and will be returning to get more worked done on my teeth. Dr. Rodriguez was very gentle and made sure i had no discomfort what so ever while checking each tooth. Witch i was alittle nervous about since its been years since i last saw a dentist. LoL overall i highly recommend Gentle Dental On Ina. They are what the name says. (GENTLE) :)

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years now and I love them! I have some serious dental anxiety, and not great teeth due to lack of fluoride as a child. Dr Green is THE best, very calm, and understands my personal situation in health concerns. All of the assistants and hygienists here are top notch professionals. What prompted me to write a review today is the front desk person, Lisa, recently helped me with a situation above and beyond. I recently had a root canal at another office, and afterward there was some major confusion causing a stressful situation. Lisa totally calmed me down by clarifying the issue, explaining procedure to me and reassuring me that everything was fine. She’s been there a long time, is highly knowledgeable, and always shows concern for her patients. I can’t recommend this office, staff and the fabulous Dr Green enough! Great place! 👍🏽

Thank God this isn't my dentist but unfortunately it's my father's. From the awkward greeting from the loud but friendly receptionist we got to deal with Damien who was unprofessional, Insensitive and demeanor of I have to be here. They may have some decent dentist and what not in the numerous stations they have in the back. Hopefully you don't have to go through Damien to get there.
