Absurd policies and pricing. Refused to provided cleaning services covered by my insurance company and instead charge enormous prices for cleanings not covered by my insurance. Individual responsible for communicating this to the customer caused more confusion and frustration than was necessary and ultimately convinced me this office was not capable of the level of communication and care required of a healthcare company. My first visit will be the last at this office.

I had a very good experience today when I went there for my wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor and the nurse practitioner were very good. Though very far away from my place, definitely recommend this to those near by.

Getting my appointment was quick and easy. Didn’t have to wait a month to be seen like other places. The office is cute nice and clean. The staff is so nice. The front desk ladies were so friendly ..The Dr I seen was friendly and playful. The assistant Julie kept me in the loop of what was going on and what to expect next super professional and experienced. And the hygienist gave me a cleaning of a lifetime. I like an aggressive cleaning and boy did she do that! Thank you to the entire team at Gentle Dental see you in 5 months.

Chelsea my hygienist was very friendly and organized, she made me feel comfortable in the chair and was gentle throughout the in sensitive areas. Chelsea was amazing and knowledgeable. Her assistant Jocelyn was nice, maintained a clean work area and really kept me engaged by talked to me and making sure I was good!
Overall, A great experience and friendly team.🦷

Everyone there was amazing! I unfortunately didn’t get the receptionist’s name but she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s insurance was giving us the correct coverage. Chelsea, thank you for easing my daughter’s nerves and brining her back out smiling!

They definitely live up to their name! I have the biggest, saddest fear of the dentist and from the moment I made my new patient appointment to when I walked out I've been treated so kindly by each person at the office 🤓🦷 I might go as far as to say I won't be nervous at all at my next appointment here 🥰❤️

They are a breeze to schedule with and are really good about answering the phone. They also get you in real soon!

It was a little tricky to find in the business plaza, but once you've turned into plaza, head straight and you'll see the Gentle Dental sign a little ways in on your right : )

I had a dental emergency & I get scared going to „The Dentist“. But I called & got scheduled super quickly! The staff at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming. But a HUGE shout out to Dr. Santiago & Kim for being so patient with me, throughout my procedure. They made me feel safe & I was in absolute great hands.
