I have had extensive dental work by Dr. Choi.
He listened to my ideas and what I wanted. We talked about a plan. He was very caring, gentle and professional. I had several extractions and dentures. I have always had a great fear of dental pain. I have worked in the field my self for 10 years. I know the difference with subtle techniques dentists can use to help ease the pain, calm the patient and make the experience better. Dr Choi can do all of this.
I have had my dentures now for 6 months and have not had any troubles with them. They are an excellent fit. Dr. Choi and his staff have given me my confident smile back. A huge Thank you to he and his team.
I recommend him highly -affordable, friendly, professional and just brilliant.

I do not care for going to the dentist at all but I needed a crown. I could not afford a crown at my regular dentist office. After reading some reviews online I called and was able to be seen that same day. From the moment I called I was given wonderful customer service and my whole experience at this office was excellent! The entire staff was very professional and friendly! they treated me as though I had been a patient there the whole time. I was never uncomfortable or in pain. The office is very clean and looks nice. I was quoted $1000 at my previous dentist and ended up only paying $400 and in my opinion for better service. I cannot recommend this office more, if you are looking for a great dentist then make an appointment here! Me and family will be switching over because of how great the staff are.

I really enjoy going to this Dentist office. Ever since my first appointment everyone was very courteous. I was able to have appointments scheduled to accomodate my strict work hours. The waiting area is inviting, as well as, cozy. The place is very clean, which to me is important. I didn't have to wait for an extremely long time before I was seen.
They really made me feel comfortable and my anxiety level dropped quickly. All my questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction.
The dental hygienist did her best to communicate with me in case I had any fears of the procedure. She also made sure she numb me well enough, because I am very sensitive to the drilling, suctioning of the water and chiseling away of the tartar from my teeth.
In a past experience with another dental hygienist, which I'm not going to mention names, while cleaning my teeth, she cracked 2 of them. It was pretty noticeable. I never went back.
Nonetheless, I appreciate the fact that here, at Family Dentistry, the dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough.

I was looking for a great dentist and found Great Smile Family Dentistry. I’m so happy with my Dentist Dr Choi he’s so patient, caring and compassionate that’s what I was looking for in a dentist. All the girls in the office are so friendly and treat you like family. I absolutely love my hygienist she’s the best also so gentle, caring, takes her time and well she always makes me laugh. Thank you Great Smiles for being the best in my eyes!

Dr. Choi is the best dentist I ever had. I don't know why I didn't find him sooner. The whole staff is so friendly, from the front desk to the most awesome dental assistant. Thank you for the great smile I now have.

I was a patient of Dr. Choi's predecessor who was my all time favorite dentist and I'm happy to say Dr Choi is even better! He's devoted to his patient's needs and works very hard to meet them above and beyond what one would expect from an ordinary professional. His staff is also terrific and as much as I don't enjoy dental visits they are so much like a family it more than makes up for it and I always leave feeling well cared for. Whether their own work or through well chosen referrals to other specialists I have enjoyed the finest dental care I could hope to expect and would refer anyone to their office without reservation.

Back in February my father had an emergency with a crown on Super Bowl Sunday of all times. He came in (unbelievable) and fixed it for him. Awesome guy, could not have been better. Truly a standard other dentists should hold themselves too. This guy is amazing and the facilities are super clean. Could not recommend more.

I called last week and you have a new patient appointment. I am new to Tucson and I was looking to establish care with a practice that is close to where I live. I did a Google search for dental practices near me and found this practice and the reviews were wonderful so I decided to call and schedule an appointment. I don't know if I just called on a bad day or if the person who answered the phone that day was having a bad day, because she was rude and impatient towards me. I asked if maybe there was someone else in the office that could help me and she stated that she was the only one there and that she had just recently started working there. I asked for an office manager and she stated there was no office manager. I asked if maybe the doctor could call me back and she said he was too busy and that's what she was hired for. Needless to say I did not schedule an appointment I will be taking my business elsewhere. We are nervous about returning back to life as we knew it please be patient with your patients who are going to have questions about how the office disinfects and protective equipment that is used.

I spent a lot of time caring for an older friend, then had some illness, which kept me from coming in for over a year. But Claudia kept calling to remind me I needed to come in. I finally did, and I got the same gentle, excellent care I've experienced with Claudia for years now. And a friendly, expert examination from Dr. Choi. I'd never recommend any dental office but this one.

My experience at great smile family dentistry was very uplifting. Dr. Choi and his staff we're very professional. You feel welcomed and the whole environment is warming. I left feeling very positive and Dr. Choi did a wonderful job on my teeth. I would definitely recommend great smile family dentistry for your dental needs.
