From the beginning they have always been super helpful and mindful of my needs and concerns. I’ve been able to change appointments based on what was a concern to me no problem. They always put me first and work with me. They went above in beyond in an emergency situation for me. The entire staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The best dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredible. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. They clearly go through your procedure, with a PowerPoint! There are TVs mounted to the ceiling to watch while they work on your teeth. I’d never enjoyed my dental appointment so much. I highly recommend. Well done!

Best dentist office I’ve been to - by far! The staff is incredible welcoming and kind! The hygienist (Jen) was amazing (and I usually loathe going to the dentist) as was my experience with Dr. Austin! I chose this location by chance as I’m newer to the area. So happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dentist (and even anyone with a dentist already - you should switch NOW)! Thank you, team! See you for my next cleaning.

my children had their first visit today with Sara and Dr Kristie and it went AMAZING. both kids were so nervous even though they had seen a dentist before but Sara and Dr Kristie made them feel so great about their teeth and were very gentle.
my daughter is 4 and she enjoyed today so much that she chose a dentist barbie for her toy today!
the aesthetic of this office is also top notch. very clean and gives a homey feel.

First time appointment and greeted by Kelly who was gracious and lovely. Then Jen, hygienist, came to take me back to room where she did an awesome job deep cleaning my teeth. She scheduled my next appointment. Then met with dentist who was very gentle and talked to me about our plan. Kelly finished me up and I'm very pleased with this office from front desk, hygienist to dentist. Looking forward to getting my teeth back in shape with this team.

We love Ironwood dental as a whole family. There are 6 of us that come here and it has been 100% pleasant each time. They are gentle with the younger kids and very patient. My 6 year old loves going so much she pretends to have tooth pain so I will make her an appointment, the baby is 3 and though he was nervous at first they talked to him at his level and made it enjoyable and safe and he did amazing. I myself have had some work done in the last few months and have never had a great experience elsewhere but was completely comfortable here at Ironwood. Thank you for taking the fear out of dentist visits. I would 1000% refer anyone here.

I really appreciate the staff there and met Dr. Schneider as well today and also got to talk to Leeza up front who was super sweet and got myself and my husband checked in for the appointment and had a warm welcome as soon as we walked in!
