DR. Arias and her staff are always professional, kind, and generally hilarious to work with. No one looks forward to a visit to the dentist - unless it's at Sabino Dental!

Cracked a tooth while on vacation in Tucson. Dr. Arias made time to see me quickly when so many others couldn't be bothered to help a stranger in need of emergency care.

I realized quickly the entire staff were friendly and compassionate professionals. They helped me get through a stressful event patching me up, almost good as new, until I can get home to Maryland to see my own dentist.

I highly recommend Sabino Dental without reservation. You'll be in great hands.

My experience was excellent. My hygienist Allona was very caring and professional during my appointment. She has a lovely personal touch and made me very comfortable during my cleaning. Dr Arias exhibited her knowledge and skill while making me feel at ease during my examination. I look forward to my future visits with an excellent staff.

The staff are all so friendly, the office is lovely and state of the art. I have thorough examinations, Dr Lenny explains everything clearly and the hygienists are professional and always do an excellent job. II have been going there for years

This is a very modern dental practice with lots of high-tech stuff. Everyone is pleasant and seems quite competent from the receptionist to the dentists. My hygienist was friendly and careful. Their Covid protocols are as good as they can be. They offer some advanced treatments that I'm taking advantage of. All that is worth 5 stars.

But I give 4 stars because this practice is very expensive. Compared to the last practice I went to for many years in Wisconsin, the prices here are about 50% higher. I won't comment on why that would be since I don't know. But other than cost, I highly recommend Sabino Dental.

I scheduled my first visit for myself and my two kids in December. I planned to see the doctor over the spring break since I work at school. I scheduled our appointments more than three months ahead. The plan was to see a doctor on March 11 and March 14. I called the office today, March 7th, to clarify details of the appointment. The front desk lady told me that I have to reschedule my visits because the doctor has a 5 hours procedure on the day I was scheduled. I am confused because I got a text message two days ago to confirm my appointments! The front desk didn’t call me, I called them to get ready for our first visit. When they were planning to cancel the visit? Why did they schedule my appointments if they had scheduled such a long procedure on the same day? It looks like they don’t care about my schedule and my time. It was supposed to be our first visit to that office. I decided to look for another place because it was not a good start. Maybe Dr Arias has a lot of patients and she doesn’t need three new ones. I am just disappointed that I wasted three months waiting for this appointment. I could look somewhere else. I have to start all over again the process of looking, scheduling etc.

This is my response to your response: Yes, you wanted to "accommodate" meaning reschedule my appointment I made for THREE people THREE months ago. The better time means better time FOR YOU. I scheduled my appointment three months ago because this particular week works for me. Your front office offered me time two weeks later, when I am working and my kids are at school. I have a sophomore and 8th grader, they can not effort missing school. I understand you double book your patients and then someone has to cancel. I can't effort to be treated this way. The bottom line is: dentistry services cost a lot of money . I agree with you on one matter: your office made a really bad first impression and you are not even trying to fix it!

My husband and I recently relocated to Tucson and needed to find a new dentist. Dr Arias was referred to us by one of her patients. From the minute I walked into the door until I left the office I was very impressed with the friendly staff. I had X-rays, cleaning and thorough exam by Dr. Lenny Arias. She explained any potential problems and told me my options. Never felt pressed to do any procedure that I did not feel necessary at this time. I feel that my cleaning and exam the most thorough I have ever had. I also think their fees are very fair. A very pleasant experience.

I had an amazing experience with Sabino Dental. I am not a dentist person and often have severe anxiety during visits. Dr. Arias made me feel at ease and gave me options instead of forcing an idea on me. I appreciate this approach, for it made me relax knowing that options are available. I plan to have all my dental work done here after my first initial impression. 1st impressions are everything. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. They represented Sabino Dental exceptionally. I'm actually looking forward to my appointment! I don't smile but I hope to start soon.

I never use to smile but now I smile all the time! I have this new sense of confidence that I never knew was possible to obtain! I'm so happy.

Edit: Update Aug - 8 -22 Dr. Arias is still absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond with my dental care. Highly highly recommended above all the rest. Even with severe anxiety, I am consistently at ease here and that means the world to me.
