I've come here several times out of desperation throughout the years. From fixing other dentists mistakes to solving new problems, each trip used to begin with pain and large amounts of anxiety. I always left pain free, fixed, and even happy from how pleasant each and every staff member is. They finally eased my dental anxiety from childhood, and I've finally been able to be proactive in my dental needs rather than reactive. Scheduling appointments doesn't give me crippling anxiety for days. I went in today to fix a chipped tooth, which was fixed. And then even scheduled a cleaning for the same day a few hours later without blinking an eye. My dental needs are all caught up and I don't plan on getting behind again with how easy they make it for me!
All of the staff have always made every visit pleasant every single time. And I know it's not just me, as I always hear others in their rooms also having a great experience. I hope none of the team changes as it is such a great dynamic there. Thank you all!

Had an emergency situation with my husband who had been in excruciating tooth pain all weekend. Simply Smiles Dentistry completely took care of us. From the initial call first thing this morning...to the arrival...to the back-office procedures...to payment/check out; phenomenal experience during a stress-filled time for us!
I would like to personally thank Ms. Brittany, who was so sweet and kind to me when I called in trying to find someone who could help my husband 'now'; Ms. Courtney, who handled the paperwork and payment, was equally kind and wonderful; Ms. Jewel and Dr. Valencia, who took care of my husbands' hands on dental work in the back-office, took the time to explain what was going one, what was needed, recommendations, and how we proceeded from there; great bed-side manner from both doctor and hygienist. The entire staff came across as very understanding, caring and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like just another 'number' coming in the door.
Just an all around fabulous team; great vibes; and very worth the 75-80 min drive from Sierra Vista. We've already scheduled our follow up visit and could very well be looking at our new perm dentist (we're new to the area). =)

Everything was amazing! They were amazing to schedule with, especially because I live out of the country. The staff was all smiley and laughing which really helped me feel comfortable. The receptionists were both happy and nice (so sorry I forgot your names!), my dental assistance Jules was such a pleasure! She was speedy quick with the dental radiographs and a pleasure to talk to! Tiffany was my hygienist and was so amazing! We had a great conversation and she did a great job with the cleaning. Dr. Valencia was very nice! Gave me all the information I needed about today's visit as well as the future plans. Best dental experience I have ever had!
