AH-MAZING staff!! Absolutely overwhelmed with their kindess. I had a singular wisdom tooth still lingering that broke in the summer. It hasn't caused me much trouble until a few days ago. The entire left side of my face was screaming in pain. I was using 6 different OTC medications, creams, gels, sprays, and patches all at once to try to get through, hoping it would stop on its own.
Unfortunately the pain did not stop and I called around desperately trying to get an emergency extraction. Most offices could get me in but not until the afternoon the following day, understandably. After not sleeping and crying exhaustively, I didn't think I'd make a later appointment without having a panic attack. Then I found Dr. Stratman's office and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning!
I was kindly greeted when I arrived and was taken care of within 30 minutes!! I was so relieved to have found their office! Thank you! Definitely bringing the rest of my family in to be seen here. I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering their office to just go ahead and make an appointment with them!

7/5/2022 12:00 PM App. this place is just looking to make money. They told me over the phone that it would cost me 235 to extract one teeth. Than when I got there they charged me $349 said they wouldn't do the extraction until they get their payment beforehand. As if I'm gonna Run out of the door and not pay for their scheming service. If you're a patient with cash that doesn't have insurance they'll take advantage of the fact and of your vulnerability and get that extra pocket money off you. Doc's will Bombar you with personal questions that have nothing to do with your visit making you feel awkward while sitting on the dentists chair💺waiting for the extraction. They also sent me an automated message saying my appointment is on the 6th!? Which got me Confused making me show up late for the appointment because I was unsure of what day to go. My whole experience with these People was Confusing and uncomfortable I'm never going back here again.

These people take advantage of vulnerable people who go in for help, especially if they’re cash paying customers. My wife had a brain hemorrhage shortly after giving birth to our baby. She suffered long term effects and was often hospitalized for severe seizures. Due to this she lost her job and was placed on disability, losing her dental benefits as well.
Heavily medicated and very ill, Dr. Levy along with Selena (all approved by Dr. Stratman) took advantage of my wife’s situation, told her she actually had another tooth that needed filling that was not on the original estimate, never showed X-rays. Selena lied and said it was. My wife trusted them and agreed, feeling pressured. They used so much novocaine only in that one unlisted spot, not on any of the other areas she supposedly needed fillings, my wife was numb for more than 24 hours. When she went to leave, the office assistant said she now had a new bill because that was never on the original estimate. While my wife was crying, feeling stupid and hustled, Dr. Levy came out acting like a hero and ripped up the bill, thus destroying the evidence? Well guess what? That tooth is now broken.

Do a little google digging of Arlyn Levy. She has a list of cases against her for sketchy work. It’s amazing Stratman would bring her in here.

Be very careful operating this way “Doctors”, because the karma shark will come for you, and it won’t be for dental work. That’s just the way of the universe. My family trusted you when my daughter’s mom was at the lowest point in her life and you took advantage of her and added to her severe PTSD. I hope that money you got from her dad helping us out was worth it. Not sure how you sleep at night treating people this way.

A good example is a response to a review where you tell a patient their insurance was garbage. What professional business would disparage their client AND an insurance company they work with?

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to! I can actually say I really like going to the dentist 😄 Dr. Stratman is very calming ,gentle and highly professional! Having had trauma in the past , they made sure I felt absolutely comfortable and no pain! The whole staff is super friendly .They have windows looking out onto greenery and tv's in each room .Very clean office and nicely organized. I honestly felt cared for!! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends !

The standards of excellence by Doctor Stratman, & staff are outstanding. Quality Dental care at it's finest with prices that are affordable; simply amazing. Easy to find location with plenty of parking. Thank you Doctor Stratman, & company.

Great experience! Dr. Levy and Tammy are some of the nicest people I have met. I typically hate going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely comfortable, explained exactly what they were doing and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was doing okay and not having any discomfort. I will be going here from now on and also making appointments for my family.

Best imaginable experience here. Everyone is super warm and professional. They knew me by name after the first day. I never had to wait for appointments or even in the waiting room itself. Dr. Stratman did a superb job on my new teeth and even after 8 extractions, I haven't needed any pain medication at all. I tell everyone I meet how great this place is. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a new/better dentist to come here!

I have been so pleased with my decision to have my braces completed through Strattman Family Dental. Their staff are always amazing and helpful, the office atmosphere is very professional, and Doctor Strattman is wonderful. They will get you In for emergency fixes right away. (broken bracket) As an adult I had some concerns about getting braces, but I felt reassured at this dental practice.

After years of horrible experiences with dentists in Tucson I went here based on the good reputation among friends of friends and good reviews online. This was the best dental experience I have had since I was a small child. The whole office was incredibly friendly and Dr. Stratman was extremely nice, communicated very clearly and made me very comfortable. He finished fixing my broken tooth before I even thought he was getting going and the result was perfect the first time. They left me with a smile because of their friendliness and quality of work and I already have an appointment to get a cleaning tomorrow. I can't express how nice it is to feel happy about a dentist and what a relief it is to look forward to going back.

I recently had a dental emergency and was recommended to Dr. Stratman by a family friend. Stratman and his compassionate staff were able to get me in the office for an appointment that next day. He looked at my problem tooth and we were able to do treatment during same appointment, same day. Both Dr. Stratman and his amazing staff put my nerves at ease and gave me an incredible back to dentist experience I will never forget. Who else can say they have nearly fallen asleep in the chair while getting a root canal?
