Zero complaints about every experience. I have been with them for a few years now and they prioritize you as the customer but treat you like family. Everyone refers to you by name.
The appointmentmaking process is quick, they always keep me with my same hygienist so I'm comfortable, and even though there are months between appointments, she recalls everything we chatted about it and picks up where we left off. The facilities (I use both locations) are clean, inviting and all the rooms have TV's above your head for some added distraction from having your mouth wide open! There's coffee and water in the waiting area too.
The dentists and hygienists are all so kind and professional. The entire operation runs like clock work, like a machine, with reminder texts, extremely timely appointments, (I don't think I have ever waited to be seen), samples and you're on your way.
Reception/billing team is equally amazing.

I was having a bit of an emergency and was recommended to Stratman Dental by a friend. They made me an appointment for less than an hour after I called and took care of my problem right away. Their initial exam and radiographs were a fraction of what I was quoted at other offices, their staff were all super friendly and professional, and their office was clean. I would recommend anyone to go to Stratman Family Dentistry!

I have been to Stratman family dental 3 times now and I must say I am very pleased with the service. Everyone is so friendly, I really felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr Stratman is an excellent dentist. Very pleased with the results from what I had done. I would definitely recommend this place THUMBS UP

I am so unhappy with my results. I spent $4,000 cash on a bridge and gum restoration from Dr. Stratman and I am still embarrassed to show my smile. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety. I cried when I got home from this dentist. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

I've been here twice now and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else in Tucson. They have a new patient special where you can get an exam and x-ray for $19. I opted more for just the x-ray and consultation of taking my wisdom teeth out. That was last week and I just got my teeth out today and it was a really pleasant experience considering they took teeth out! Dr. Stratman is really great, makes sure he goes over everything, and he doesn't sedate people. They use a local topical numbing treatment and the removal took 30 seconds with the total appointment time at 20 minutes in the office. Very friendly staff and a really painless, great experience! If they're this good with adults, I can't imagine how fantastic they must be with children! The personal attention and concern shown by Dr. Stratman amazed me. Every single person who is going into healthcare in any form should go to him as a dentist and closely study his bedside manner. I mean, I think people should go to him as their dentist, period, because he and his staff are clear, kind, no-nonsense, gentle, good humored, and very good at what they do, but society in general would benefit from more people engaging with their patients with this perfect blend of efficiency, clarity, and genuine concern for the well-being of others.

Hi, my name is Briana. Getting my tooth fixed at Stratman family dentistry was the best experience I've ever had in a dentist's office. No one likes going to doctors or dentists but if you are transgender, as I am, going to any medical office can be a truly horrific experience. Stratman's was an amazing experience and they treated me incredibly well. I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.

All the employees are very friendly and professional. I have had quite a bit of work done by Dr. Stratman without any discomfort. He has also done some cosmetic dentistry for me and I'm quite happy with it.

My son grinds his teeth we went in for another unrelated incident with my 5 yr old son’s front tooth. He gave medicine and it got better
Later down the road 4 months later my sons infection came back and my son had ground his front 2 teeth to the nerve and it caused him pain to brush.
I got an appointment so quick. The nurses were so wonderful and Dr Stratman informed me we had to pull both front teeth away from my son so he would not scare him.
I was nervous and they set me at ease! My son didn’t even cry- makes me want to cry for joy how easy it was for us my son was not traumatized and neither was I. My son even said if he ever has a tooth pulled again he wants to go there again- he’s only 5!
Dr Stratman and his staff are so amazing and warm! As a first time mom who is a complainer I was so touched and amazed! Thank Dr Stratman!
