Took my wife in as an emergency because she was having severe pain. The dentist concluded an infection from the x-rays. Unable to see a surgeon until a week later and the dentist would not give her pain medication. She had been taken over the counter meds that didn't help her and in a span of three days it got worst. Thats why we were there. We had to go to another dentist for help. Thank God we were able to find one quick. We will be filing a complaint. I thought doctors are suppose to help. They'd rather send the patient to another dentist because they're afraid of prescribing pain meds.

My experience overall at this office was great!! Starting with the front office. My Dental assistant Shanae was very pleasant and made me feel very relaxed and was great at explaining details of the procedure I was having done!!! I highly recommend this office!!

Liz, Isamar, Dr. Roberts, Lupita, and the entire staff were amazing! I am definitely a problem client - I couldn’t get numb for the life of me until I followed Dr. Roberts suggestion. Amazing experience! Open on Fridays, which is the only day that works for my family. It was my 2-year-old’s burst dentist visit, and both the dental assistant and Dr. Liu were amazing with her. She was really nervous when we walked in, but as soon as she was back the assistant was able to make her comfortable and excited. She cooperated way better than I expected. They are all so nice, and the staff was able to find our insurance info even though we had forgotten our card.

First time at Tucson Spectrum Dentistry, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Angelica the Dental Assistant, Annette the Hygenist and Dr. Roberts are very profesional and informative made me feel comfortable and provided me all the information needed to have a nice and healthy smile. Definitely, I will be back in 3 months for my next procedure/cleaning.

im usually not sensative but on one of my visits my teeth where hurting i needed fills. Everyone and i mean everyone was so nice and kept asking if i was ok even the assistant Andres held my hand for the injections. Also the actual Dr. was extremly polite and i think she could notice how anxious i was so her and the assistant kept making small talk which helped alot!!! Given the amount of pain i was in they made it alot easier to cope with. Thank you.

Everything said about this place and their deep cleanings is true. I have been to a dentist every 6 months for YEARS, no cavities no other problems but they told me I needed a deep cleaning and to come every 3 months. The deep cleaning was $600! When I said I wanted just a regular cleaning they told me it wasn’t anything more than a polishing and that would cost $200! Won’t go back!
