Absolutely loved the new location!! Very nice and clean, also staff was very attentive and friendly, and Dr. Roberts was amazing!! He was great and loved his pinch and pull technique for anesthesia didn’t feel a thing!! Highly recommend

This place was Great, Dr Matthews was amazing so professional and friendly. The dental hygienist Desire Lopez was also amazing she knows her job perfectly. everybody at spectrum dentistry were so friendly and professional and nice. I would look for another place, the people are nice enough but their customer service and everything else is terrible. I called to change a root canel to a removal and said they would ask the dentist if it was ok and call back but they never did until the day before my scheduled appointment to reschedule the appointment and no word on the change. Their scheduling is all over the place. They keep rescheduling and have asked me to come in early twice. The first time I did and was seen right away and the second time I didn't and had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes after my original appointment which I'm guessing was because someone else did and I had to wait for them. I have lost count of how many times I have went in for one tooth and same problem ( a root canel/crown) but it has been 4 or 5 times and the temp crown they put on came off twice, both within 24 hours so now I'm just leaving it off until I get the permanent which is over 2 weeks out.

I have been with Desiree for about 8-9 years now and I don’t know what I would do with out her. She always makes me smile even when shes not cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend Tucson spectrum dentistry. Very friendly well staffed and extremely helpful. Always looking forward to my dental appointments.

Dr. Roberts, Sandra and there team are awesome! I am always treated efficiently by friendly professionals who seem to have my best interests at heart. Very kind, professional, and knowledge staff. Sandra, is very knowledge with insurances, great at explaining benefits, and giving payment options.

Very professional friendly staff, office is clean and well kept and Sandra in the front office is very friendly and qelcoming. The service that was provided cannot be compared to any of the previous dentist that I have visited. The office was busy, however, theres a reason why its busy and its due to them taking their time and not rushing like other offices. I don’t normally write reviews but this office was amazing to not let everyone else know! Thanks to the whole team who made this dentist experience amazing! I look forward to seeing everyone on my next appointment.

Sadly, most of the negative reviews appear to be accurate as everyone here is bent on pitching expensive dental work to you. When I had gone to my early morning appointment there didn't appear to be many other clients getting work done, however, it still took the staff a substantial amount of time to get to my teeth.
I know I don't have perfect teeth but boy did they get critical with possible "health issues" and complications if certain work wasn't done... They took forever to examine my teeth, and they were even slower at pulling up quotes from my insurance. The worst part is they just quoted me for the expensive stuff and didn't bother to quote the one thing i was there to do which was just a basic cleaning.
They didn't seem to appreciate my dismissal to their expensive procedures so they let me wait for several minutes before they got back to me with a quote for my cleaning (which was free under my insurance) I was told my quote, the lady said she would notify the hygienist to clean my teeth which was another additional time of waiting.
To top that off, they didn't even do a good job at a basic cleaning. Out of all the things they decided to work fast on was the one thing I needed that day, that was the worlds fastest cleaning (and that's not a good thing)

My wife had a toothache. Went there and was given an estimate of $7500 for 2 complete implants. Took X-rays but no exploratory work inside mouth. Decided we needed another opinion. Went to Aeris Family Dental. Took more x-rays, did some exploratory work and found nothing wrong at all. The tooth ache went away. You tell me, who would you go to.
