I came in as a new patient expecting to just fill out some paperwork and then get some appointments set up for some future dates and instead I was taken care of immediately. I was in the phone with Sandra "office manager" who I was expressing to that I was very frustrated that now two months in a row of rescheduling appointments with specialist Dr. Mata she hung while I was still talking. If Dr. Roberts cared at all for his reputation, he would hire a better trained staff. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED to say the least. There's a reason why Dr. Mata is rated so low.

A few weeks ago, I had a dental emergency and went to Tucson Spectrum. After not being able to find an explanation for what was wrong, they somehow concluded that the ONLY option was to extract my tooth and give me an implant. They offered to pull my tooth that day, but because that seemed extreme and I did not want to have a front tooth missing, I declined. I went home, put my mouth guard in, and got a second opinion somewhere else the following day. That second dentist said that my tooth absolutely did NOT need to be pulled and was surprised that was the only option given. He then referred me to a specialist who was able to see me in less than 24 hours who said he could not understand why anyone would want to pull that tooth. I have been skeptical in the past, but this solidified that I will never go back to a large corporate dental office in the future.

DR. roberts put me through a tremendest amount of pain, did a root canal that I'm not sure i even needed. Then the crown impression was done wrong, had to go back several times because of their issues. They don't return my phone callscwaiting on my crown. I paid $2,300 and still have a temp front toith. At this time, in my opinion, i cannot recommend this dentistry and am in contact with an attorney over my bad experiance with this terriable experiance. I am requesting a full refund so i can go to another dentest.
