Entire staff treated me great. All friendly. Dr West is a Christian dentist and we were very happy to find their office. My husband and I are very happy with our new dentist and his office.
Everything the same on this visit. Christa was so pleasent and my visit was over before I realized. And Dr West explained my options for a few extra things that needed to be done. The next day a chipped 2 teeth! They were able to get me in right away to repair the teeth.

I’m new to the area, and wanted to give Ozark Lakes Family Dentistry a huge thank you and wonderful review. I had an ongoing toothache that suddenly became so unbearable, I could not sleep. They squeezed me in the next morning, extracting a wisdom tooth and the pain was instantly gone. I’ve returned for a full exam and cleaning, and can say this is honestly the friendliest dentist office I’ve ever been to! Dr. West and his wonderful staff (especially Chris, who keeps me laughing) make going to an appointment most folks dread as pleasant as possible. From reception to the hygienists, assistants and Dr. West himself, I highly recommend this wonderful practice.

Dr. West is the best dentist I've ever had. He is very calming and thorough. Staff is personable and always smiling, they did awesome with my 4 year old during his first cleaning. Very impressed with this office!

The entire staff is wonderful!! Doctor West is an awesome dentist!! I had what I thought was a broken tooth...I was scheduled within 2 days of my first call...I thought I was just going to be looked at for work to be done on that tooth in the near future, but instead, he offered to skip his and his staff's lunch break and fix my tooth instead!! WOW! And the equipment they use is the most up to date...like the 3D machine that creates crowns via digital mapping...I should have my permanent crown by the end of next week...now that really rocks!! Thank you for all you do. Ozark Lakes Family Dentistry is really named accurately....oh and PS...the new interior building upgrades are also pretty impressive....Totally glad to have such a professional organization to help me keep my teeth in good shape!

Everyone in the office is very courteous, professional and friendly. I just love these people so much. They do an amazing job. The only slightly negative thing was Sally, my hygienist, was running about 20+ minutes behind schedule.

Dr. West is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen! I need a lot more dental work than the average person and anytime I have to get an oral exam I'm flooded with embarrassment and turn into a nervous wreck. But for the first time, I was treated with the utmost respect and spoke to with such genuine kindness. He explained everything very simply and honestly for me and answered every question I had about any and all details. The best part is he's not only polite but also very intelligent and clearly knows what he's doing. Him and the dental assistant, Chris Jones (who was a complete doll all herself and entertained my 7 month old during the appointment), were absolutely incredible. I can not say enough good things about them and this office! Thank you so much!
