Aspen Dental

I have gone 1.5 years without dental care due to severe dental anxiety. Last week my severe grinding caused my molar to break. I was dreading going in to a new dentist office. However I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing my team was. From start to finish the procedures were seamless. Everyone was extremely nice, supportive, and understanding of dental anxiety. I have a lot more work to get done. But I am thankful that I found a dental office that made me feel safe.

Love the Dental staff, but the Office manager and people up front ruin the place for me. The next day after my first appointment I was told that they lost all my information, xrays and everything. They were so rude to ME about it even though their systems lost everything? They never once apologized and went back and forth on many different things they told me. I dont feel like writing a longer review to go into detail about this terrible experience, it was crazy and I felt the only one really wanting things to be fixed. I will just go somewhere else that knows what they are doing or will at least be apologetic when they mess up, because I know we are human and things happen, but the extreme rudeness and then not even follow up with me about the services I needed even after it was apparently fixed? Wow just dont waste your time like I did.

Great place all around. Everyone was friendly and described exactly what I had questions about. Love this dentist she was super professional and very quick and easy with her procedure.

Best Dentist I have ever been to. They had great financing options to help with payments. The staff was absolutley lovely. Very welcome and the enviroment was very diverse. I feel like anyone and everyone that chooses to go to the cabot Ar aspen dental location will have a great dental experience and leave feeling like a part of their dental family. They were also quick with appointments and availability options were great.

I would say that my experience was good with the exception of a couple of things. It was unsettling hearing the dentist and technician whispering about me while in the room. It was inappropriate and unprofessional. Also, I was not prepared to have to pay any out of pocket expenses. My insurance coverage is really good. I should have known......unnecessary charges.

Very very pleasant and caring I was in a lot of pain and both the dentist and her helper stayed late to do my procedure instead of making me wait in pain until the next available time slot they were also still very kind about it.
It truly meant very much to me as I holding back tears of pain but right before leaving I was holding back tears of happiness.

It was my first time to this Dentist office and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire staff and facility. They did an amazing job at getting X-rays, communicating with me what kind of treatment I needed and getting me in and out in a timely fashion. I met probably 5 of the staff members from check in to check out, including the dentist and I was treated like a person rather than a patient. Everyone was friendly and welcoming but also very efficient in their work. I had to return after their lunch break to do the procedure I needed to get done that day and I was out of there within 30 minutes. They did a fantastic job, the price didn't break my bank account. Overall a fantastically run office and an amazing staff. Keep it up ASPEN!

It was amazing!! I hope the Conway Aspen is the same cause I live here. The doc was amazing at her job. All Staff seemed so happy and we're very very professional!! I even had good conversation with a few of them. 4 gold stars from me. Good job everyone!!! And thank you so much.

Amazing people! I NEVER felt judged! And if u saw my teeth u would make assumptions and judge me. They never did! Iv NEVER been to a dentist office not not felt judged. You couldn't pay me to go anywhere else to get my teeth fixed or cleaned! They were VERY patient with me while taking x-rays!
I will leave you with this.... if more dentist offices were like Cabot Aspen Dental.... people would fear going! And we would have alot more beautiful smiles!

Talked to someone at Aspen about taking my daughter in for a dental emergency and was told they opened at 7am the next day. I got there at 7am and the door had a modified hours sign that said they opened at 8. So I wait until 8, at which point the door was still locked. A minute or two passes, and a lady goes to the door from inside and puts a handwritten sign that says they will be closed today, and won't open until Monday. Needless to say, I wasted a couple hours of my time and kept my daughter home from school for this, and now I can't even get her in.
