This dental office was awesome. From the first step in the door to checking out. I hadn't been to the dentist for almost 4 years due to moving and then covid restrictions. The hygienist was Holly and I have to say this was the best cleaning I've ever had. Very thorough. Even though I didn't require any other dental work, Dr. Heather stopped by and introduced herself and let me know she'd looked at the x-rays and then checked my teeth. Fortunately there were no cavities. Big whoop! Great place, good decision on my part.

The best dentist in town! Heather Jones is amazing! She’s very considerate, kind, honest, and a great dentist. All of the staff is wonderful, friendly, always engaging in conversations and doing everything to make you comfortable. They used to be known as Epic Smiles but it’s still the great people! When I first moved here I started at a dentist up the street and didn’t have as great of treatment so I came to Epic Dental. Heather’s brother had pulled out my wisdom tooth in an emergency and did a wonderful job. Even he was very caring and comforting. I have never had a bad experience here and plan to go here for as long as I live here! I even live in Bentonville now and will drive to Centerton just to get the great service they provide! Thank you Epic Dental for being the best! 😊

It’s pretty obvious when looking at all the other FIVE STAR reviews for this place, but Epic Dental is the best. Dr. Jones is so caring and makes sure that her patients are comfortable. The first time I met her was through an emergency visit and she came to the clinic on her day off with no question. The staff got me in for a follow up appointment right away and made sure to inform me on costs up front. The dental work was a breeze and I’m so happy I found this place. Thank you!

I had an emergency need due to a chipped tooth early on a Saturday morning. Dr. Jones replied almost instantly and was able to get me an appointment in under one hour - even though I was not a previous patient. She sent me forms to fill out digitally, so I would be ready to go when I got there. Upon arrival, I was very happy with the clean and inviting feel of the waiting room which also had an area for kids. She quickly brought me back and was able to get my problem solved and alleviate my concerned. I will definitely be back.

Really happy with epic dental. Since moving to the area I’ve been trying to find a dentist that I like and trust and Dr. Heather is the one! The entire staff was wonderful. My hygienist Holly did an amazing job on my cleaning and was very friendly, and informative. Highly recommend Epic Dental!

Extremely extremely kind people! Could tell I was very anxious and hadn't gone to the dentist in around 10 years! Eased my anxiety and made it clear that I was more anxious than I needed to be. If you have dental anxiety, I strongly recommend going to this office! They are so understanding and helpful!!

We recently moved to the 'area,' and in the process I managed to have an incident with a fork and my front teeth. I nervously called around to find a opening at an office that accepts our insurance. Fortunately stumbled upon Dr. Jones, a little over an hour from home. Their front desk staff is very friendly and communicative. The apt was exceptional, the office smells good and is clean, the assistants and hygienists we're all very helpful and kind. Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and the most personable dentist I have had. She was able able to calm my worries and explained what we could do to fix the chips. I inquired how much it would be and got a very reasonably priced total with my insurance and proceeded. She did amazing work repairing the chips on the front and they look so much better. My partner and I both have been back for a cleaning and had wonderful experiences. I have been back after for a followup on concerns I had out of precaution, and appreciate being able to come to an office where I can feel relaxed and receive quality care. This is by far the best dentist office and well worth the drive, I look forward to our next cleaning.

Where do I start…OMG, Dr. Jones is truly AMAZING. We had an after hours emergency (2 broken teeth), she was so quick to respond to my message and we were able to meet at the clinic within 30 mins of my initial message! The service was truly impeccable! If you want a dentist that truly cares about you as a patient and you are looking for the best service, hands down choose Dr. Jones!
