I have been coming to this office for 2 years now. Let me tell you how amazing the whole team is. I didn’t grow up with dental insurance, and in turn developed a phobia of the dentist, it was always a dreaded thought to have my teeth looked at. Everyone at the office is amazing, they are so very welcoming and it’s a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Crafton is my dentist and until he retires I will never see another one, he does an amazing job of letting you know what he’s doing step by step, the numbing technique he uses is painless, and I’ve never felt so comfortable with a dentist before (I am actually happy to get to see him). All of the dental hygienist that I have seen are just as skilled and welcoming (I love going to get my teeth cleaned now). I was also able to see Dr. Gordy, who is equally skilled and has wonderful “bedside etiquette”, for invisalign which was a great experience! All in all a 10 star rating is what this office deserves, but since 5 is the most it will have to do.

I normally don’t post reviews but I have to brag on Dr. Gordy and his team. They went above and beyond fitting me in when I had a dental emergency and it was my first time coming to them. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly making sure I could get in when their schedules were already full that day. Dr. Gordy and his team took their time to make sure I was comfortable the entire time during the painful process. I seriously can’t recommend them enough!!

The atmosphere was great!! Sometimes, you go in a dentist office and the atmosphere is poor but EVERYONE had a smile on their face, they SPOKE TO YOU, and the place is bigger than it looks. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and where I didn't feel overwhelmed! This is the type of service anyone wants! They also have windows which you can look out while receiving treatment and you don't feel so anxious!

I love the people at Conway Family Dental! My whole family has been using this office for 10+ years and have rarely had any issues. Although they’re not specifically designed to “entertain” kids, my 3 year old son has gotten his teeth cleaned the last two years here and isn’t at all intimidated by the experience. In fact, he was quite excited to go to the dentist this morning! Annette is a fantastic hygienist (and friend now) and both Dr. Crafton and Dr. Gordy are wonderful dentists. I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone looking for kind, gentle, and reliable service!

I've been using Conway Family Dental ever since I moved to Conway from Kansas City in 2001. When Dr Gordy came onboard a couple years ago, I started using him as my dentist. He's an excellent dentist and a great guy, plus he has the sweetest family. The dental office staff is also great about being involved in the community. Nice people and always top notch service!

Dr. Gordy is so awesome! Always so friendly and takes his time looking at xrays and looking at your teeth to make sure nothing is missed. Peggy is a wonderful hygienist!! I'm so glad I have her! She makes going to the dentist enjoyable!!

Conway Family Dental is the BEST! Very clean and everyone is always happy! Dr Weaver and Ashley have been great over the years. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist or you just want the best!
