I first saw Dr Cox with an abscess and went back Dec of 2022 for a root canal.
I came home with almost zero pain after and Dr Cox and his entire staff were top notch.
I couldn't be happier with my experience there!!

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the dental hygienist, Georgianna, is wonderful! Otherwise 1 star. I have great teeth, little need for other than fillings. Each visit with Dr. Cox found a need for a crown. He hurt me so much on the 2nd one that I could hardly open my mouth for weeks. When I gave in and went back, he sawed it off to the point it’s a food-catcher. I don’t leave home without toothpicks AND floss. Please be aware of dentists that only care about up-selling. He isn’t even very nice. I love my new dentist! Haven’t needed anything other than cleanings!

Dr. Cox and all of his staff were very comforting and personable. They made me feel as though I was their only patient. Dr. Cox was extremely thorough with my initial exam. He pointed out things that all other dentists failed to find. He made a very reasonable long term dental plan to fit within my budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Top notch *****

I would never let Dr. Cox touch my mouth again. He is too busy to pay attention to details. He is always running late. He ground my teeth down and now they not only touch in the back but the teeth are wearing down in the front. So SAD

When I tell you I have been so scared to get my wisdom tooth pulled I have put it off for 3 years, well let me tell you what Dr.Cox and his staff made me feel so at ease and comfortable and as far as the procedure went it happened so fast and painless I didnt even know he had pulled it out, I will never go anywhere else at this point he will be my new permanent dentist!!!! Would recommend this clinic to anyone!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Cox since I was about 4 years old. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. In fact, I am almost 27, married, and live an hour away with no dental insurance but I still drive to Hot Springs and pay out of pocket to see him. He is an amazing dentist and person in gereral. His staff is always helpful and nice and he is always personable and obviously cares for his patients. One time I came in for a filling and also had pain in my lower jaw. He noticed something was wrong immediately and worked with me until the issue was fixed. Turned out my bite was off causing TMJ symptoms which was the reason behind my pain. He didn’t charge me anything extra either. I would recommend Dr Cox to anyone!

I HAVE USED COX BEFORE. ONE OF THE TIMES I WENT TO HIM. HE WAS WORKING ON MY TEETH, AND CONSTANLY WATCHING TV. YES THEY HAVE A TV AT EACH. A SMALL ON OF COURSE. I WANT THE DENTIST THAT IS WORKING ON MY TEETH HAVE FULL ATTENTION ON ME. YES HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME. THEN IN MARCH I HAD A PROBLEM WERE ;MY TEETH WERE GETTING REALLY SORE. MY MOUTH WOULD NOT OPEN VERY MUCH. MY JAW WAS SWELL SOME MUCH I LOOK DEFORMED. I WENT THERE 2 TIMES IN ONE WEEK. THIS TIME I SAW DR. DELEE. HE TOLD ME IT WAS TMJ. I HAD NEVER HAD ANYTHING SO PAINFUL. THE SECOND TIME I WENT DELEE WAS NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING. HE GOT UPSET BECAUSE I COULD NOT OPEN MY MOUTH. THEY CHARGE ME FOR THIS VISIT. HE DID NOTHING. I HAD TO GO TO THE ER. THEY PUT ME DIRECTLY IN THE HOSPITAL. FOR 5 DAYS. THE SURGEON TOLD ME I WAS AT DEATHS DOOR. I HAD THE WORST STAFF THERE IS. I SEEMED TO HAVE GOTTEN IT AT WALMART OR KROGERS. THE ONLY TWO PLACES I GO. NOT TMJ.
