My husband Shane and I had appointments today and it was the most pleasant dental experience We both have ever had. Monarch has two new patients for life. The staff was incredible ,friendly and procedures comfortable .

I loved the old group. The currant staff was nice and the doctor did exceptionally well but his bedside manor was not as good as it should be. He gave off an uncomfortable tense atmosphere unlike the doctors before him who were more comforting and patient. There does seem to be a turn over rate so don't get to comfortable with the staff. Other than that it is a nice place and always had good service.

I want to thank everyone at Monarch Dental. I especially thank Deborah for working with me for over 2 hours on crazy paperwork. She helped me get everything straightened out and never gave up. What a sweet person!!!!

No, I did not enjoy my visit, I was not able to sit down and discuss my bill and my insurance to figure out if Monarch is who I was going to go through for this life-changing event? No one has contacted me back after leaving a message after sitting in the parking lot waiting on someone to call me back in to talk to someone which never happened.

Every person I interacted with at this business was friendly, professional, and compassionate. For that reason alone I will most likely have all Future dental work done here. My only problem was that Tramadol just doesn't do anything for tooth pain. Completely useless for that.

Very unprofessional office, was set an appointment for extractions after an xray and was told 2 days before appointment my delta dental did not cover them. After being proven wrong they changed their story to they don’t do surgical extractions and printed out xrays from a tooth they already pulled in 2018 for me to take to the dentist office I had to reschedule with. After going in the office to get correct xrays and to speak to a manager even the supposed manager (Dr) they bought to the front had an attitude. Got both teeth pulled elsewhere and neither extraction was surgical. Monarch will never get my services again.

Every dentist I had seen in the last few years has told me that I would have to see an oral surgeon and be put under to get my wisdom teeth and some really bad broken molars taken out but I couldnt afford it. Dr. Smith at Monarch Dental is the first dentist that was willing to take them out right then and there and I will forever be grateful. I am so ready to be pain free and it is all thanks to him.

It started out as a great experience, everyone was so nice, the dentist was very convincing. The only downfall from the get go was i thought i was coming in for a cleaning, but they had scehduled me for a check tooth. He told me i need a root canal and a crown on a tooth that has on and off had sensitivity for years, which I may really need. But things went down hill when he moved on to my husband's room. See, we had previously been to a very reputable and honest dentist in the last town we lived in, and my husband needed quite a bit of work. We acutally moved before he could get the work started, so my whole reason for scheduling his visit was to get a game plan to get his work done. I should also add I was a dental assistant so I can look at an x-ray and see where there is decay. This dentist at monarch dental came in and looked at the one tooth my husband has had the most trouble with and told him the tooth was fine, the pain was coming from the tooth being in his sinus cavity, which is most likely true. But then he said the rest of his teeth look great anf hes doing a great job taking care of them.

my wife and I new in HS we were establishing a dental clinic, my wife was told that she had all kinds of problems, the only thing she just had a check up less than a year ago ...they wouldn't even clean her teeth....they scheduled me for a cleaning, then had to reschedule me for a later date no one to do the cleaning,,,, went in this morning still no one to do the cleaning...they didn't call before my appointment date and time! not happy

The staff was caring and made me fill comfortable. The Dr was great at the exam. I will definitely be coming back to have more work done on my mouth here. And they are a lot cheaper than Aspen dental.
