Very unprofessional dentist. took one tooth out said he was gonna give me a break before starting on next tooth walked away few mins later nurse came in with a referral to another dentist, I went to front desk angry so they sat me back in the chair and he did a wisdom tooth and another tooth and then threw his tools down and said I can't do this and walked away I will be complaining to the head supervisor when I'm able to talk more. Also for the first few he pulled I had to raise up and get the suction straw to use on myself so I wouldn't choke because his nurse wasn't in there, then when she did come in the room she was very rude to me and my sister.

I scheduled an apointment with this location. I explained that I live out of town and needed to get cleaning on Same Visit. They assured me there was not going to be a problem. Upon arrival they had no spot for me. Trying to schedule with this company is pointless. They did offer to take my money to do x-ray with zero guarantee of a cleaning.

The ladies that work at the front desk & the tech's were really nice.
The dentist by that I seen didn't show me the courtesy to discuss what I asked him for.
I wanted more info as to what could be done with/ for my teeth & to address my fears.
Instead he sent in the girl from the front desk to give me the cost of what they were going to charge me & when I asked for just a rx for pain it would only happen if I let him pull it. [Still had an infection brewing in it with severe Pain].
Fear of infection getting into my blood stream is not my idea of go icing the problem.
Yes, I know we have the technology to hopefully avoid that issue.
Still would have been nice to feel like I mattered & that I wasn't apart of a assembly line of people.

Excellent care and concern for my anxiety. My hand was litterely held to reassure me I was in good hands and could not have gotten any better care! I was having an anxiety attack when I went in from a childhood experience but once I got the gas and shots over I could relax and breath. Thank you to all the staff and especially Doctor Smith for excellent care. I know I'm in great hands now and that is the best feeling you can have for all your dental care! Iam so pleased with my first of many to come visits at Monarch Dental !!! The very nicest people I have ever encountered at a dentist office !!! The minute I walked in to the minute I left I was treated so kind . I have 3 daughters and one is already a patient and the other 2 will be as well . The way you are treated means a lot and decides if you will return - Iam happy to be a regular . And the prices are fantastic !!! Thank you to everyone at Monarch Dental you are awesome !!! Monark Dental at Cornerstone boulevard in Hot Springs, AR is the best experence I ever had at the dentist office. Dr.Smith, and his staff take the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Dr.Acala is such a caring and professional person. As I walk in and greated by Deborah the receptionist, who remembered my name. I wasen't just a birth date to her, I was a real person. I would also like to also recommend Michelle the hygienist, as she was so caring and knowledgeable, and got my teeth clean as a whistle. I will be back, just not too soon. I promise to bush and floss, and do my part, and let them take care of the rest.

Your folks are liars. You tell one price then you go in and it's another price. You say you will give my money back because you wasted my time and money going up there twice. Now your newest office manager Chris said I will not be getting my money back. I have seen many negative posts about the way you folks operate. I wish I had seen them sooner. You should be ashamed of all your lies.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cindy who cleaned my teeth was gently and through and kept asking if I experienced any discomfort! I enjoyed having her perform my periodontal cleaning

Had to wait 30 mins for appointment and new ortho didn’t even as much as introduce herself just stuck her fingers in my mouth and spit out technical jargon to the assistant. Had to ask the assistant even what everything meant and how I was progressing. Not impressed but stuck until these damn things come off. It’s not like I’m not paying for a service and I deserve better and superior care than this.

Yesterday I had the BEST dental experience in years. I have found my new dentist, Dr. Apata. I loved her direct approach to guiding me on a complex dental situation. Love my new dental office! :-)
