Ok, so I took off work to be there at the 3:00 appt. The staff was HORRIBLE-unfriendly and incompetent!! They put my records/ folder behind 3 others. Finally hygienist came looking for me after 4. I HATE this office and KNOW that every time I've called all I do is get on HOLD!!!

This was the worst dental office I’ve ever been in. Definitely the Walmart of dentistry. Very unhelpful, unempathetic staff. Do not waste your time or money with them. Definitely will not go back.

I had a horrible experience in Monarch, it was a long and painful treatment , they rescheduled my appointments several times because my crown wasn’t ready, and one time I asked for pain medicine because I was so on pain they didn’t give me anything
