Love my dental hygienist and dentist here. Front desk receptionist is always polite and fast to get me checked in. I am well taken care of and listened to at every visit. I have to come on my lunch breaks, so they are very understanding of my strict schedule and always fast to get me in and out in time to get back to work. I rarely have to wait to be seen upon arrival. The text and call reminders of my appointment times and prompt communications are a great plus.

Mid October 2022 I was visiting the Hot Springs area from out of state and my front tooth (an old crown) broke during dinner. First thing the the following morning I started calling the closest Dentist I could find to have my tooth looked at. The first three did not even answer the phone. Dr Ryan and his staff answered the phone and set up an appointment within an hour. I have a new cap only took a couple of days and he work out a great price for me. Top notch group and very nice office space.

Dr Montgomery is very professional,helpful and nonjudgmental. I went in with a tooth ache husband with me he was having an issue as well but he didn't have an appointment. Dr. Montgomery saw him at the same time anyway. I think he is reasonably priced.
Work was scheduled and done. I highly recommend him.

This was my first time coming here and I will never go to another place again. Hayden was the best!! She made me feel so comfortable and like she actually cared, she was very gentle and thorough, and so sweet! Dr. Montgomery was very nice and saw what was wrong very quickly. Each and every one of the ladies that works with you are just so kind and helpful. As a Christian I love all of them but if I wasn't a Christian I would still love them. They just really care about you. I have and will continue to tell people about Montgomery dentistry. O I have to mention the doctor. He is a great guy also he has always done great work on my teeth š¬. By the way ask too meet his dog š.

Had the opportunity to demonstrate that novacain is not necessary for doing a full crown prep. Seemed like the prep took about 5 minutes, maybe less, as compared to waiting for the novacain to take affect then the prep then the two or more hours for for the numbness to wear off. For all of you that are cringing right now... there is no pain involved. Wham bam done and headed home.
Dr. Montgomery is still recovering!!
