I honestly can’t say one bad thing about this place. First off, it is extremely clean everywhere. They were so friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. I legit pondered getting them a Christmas gift this year. This was my first visit there and I made a follow up appointment that I will actually keep when the time comes. They have a level of professionalism that is unmatched. The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because I can’t give them 6.

If you live in Jonesboro and need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Katy Wagner. I would trust her with any dental issue! She is knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and genuinely caring. All staff are friendly and welcoming. I have had hygienists, Madison and Erin and love them both. I was there today and Erin made an amazing video of my teeth allowing me to see all my teeth in a way that is normally not possible. I almost declined but I’m so glad I didn’t. It was amazing! They are great!

As my first appointment at Taylor Wagner Dentistry I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. I was so comfortable the entire time, it felt like I’d been going there for years. Simple check-in (thanks to electronic forms sent the night before) and taken back before my appt time even arrived. I had an amazing hygienist Kodi, who I randomly picked online when choosing my appointment time (also super convenient) and dang, she’s just good all around! I loved how efficient and friendly Dr. Langston was too. I didn’t have to wait around to see him like I’ve had to at a well-known practice in town where I’ve seen the Dentist pull into the parking lot while I was still waiting to see him before I could leave…I picked this practice on a whim with my new insurance plan, and am extremely happy I did!
