I have been faithful to visit a dentist every six months my whole life. But, I have to say that my experience here has been by far the greatest and I absolutely love Dr. Bartels and ALL the staff! They have always taken the time to explain everything so that there is complete understanding. They are caring and are truly like family. After some 40 plus years of not seeing a dentist, my husband recently started going to Dr. Bartels and he feels the same! He was made to feel very comfortable was very well taken care of.

The experience was all around marvelous. Though my teeth were not worked on, the Mrs had a tooth pulled. We originally went the "cheaper" route for a cap on a broken tooth. Lesson learned. Nonetheless, called all over town and they were the only ones willing to take her without notice. The staff was extremely informative and helpful, even offering other solutions in the future. Cindy felt so welcomed with a staff that was as kind as they were competent. Thank you all at Bartels dentistry!

He isn't just a money snatcher. He listens and entertains your ideas. If it is unrealistic, he tells you.
While numbing the mouth, they do it in a manner you really don't feel. In my past, the shots in the roof of my mouth made me want to snap my head off. Not with the professionals at Bartels dentistry. I only felt a gentle squeeze. Normally, I'm crying ugly tears at the dentist. Not at Bartels Dentistry. I didn't even get a watery eye.
This experience has made me very confident as a permanent patient.
Their care and gentleness had made more comfortable with switching my 15 yr old to them.
I can now go to the dentist with excitement and calmness.
