I have been seeing Dr. Bartels and his staff for some time. Today was my latest appointment after a follow up last week. I had a bit of an emergency a few days prior to my family vacation and they worked me in the very next day! Dr. Bartels is very comforting which is amazing for me as I have HUGE anxiety about the dentist! His office is always so well organized and clean! And his staff are the most amazing bunch of people! They are always so bright and upbeat which is something I need when going in for a procedure. They treat everyone with soooooo much respect and really make you feel like you are a part of the family! It is always nice to go somewhere where they remember your family (even those that are not yet going to their office). The best part about Dr. Bartels office is that they really take the steps to make you feel comfortable. I have had a lot of work done by Dr. Bartels and it has been pain free on every occasion. If you are looking for a dentist and staff that REALLY care about you. . . then seriously look no further! Dr. Bartels and his epic crew are the place to go! Me and my family will not go anywhere else!

I don't know how to explain the love I have for him and his staff I'm recovering right now as we speak from a few extractions...
But the individual time he spends with you as a patient is incredible and he knows what hes doing I've had alot of work done by Troy and he saved my smile when I thought everyone else stopped caring... He was there. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else YOU WONT find this kind of service.

Another great visit. The staff in the office, up front & in the back are very friendly & outgoing. Dr. Bartels' chair side manner is great too, he is very thorough & likes to discuss football, my favorite sport. I look forward to more visits in the future & going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, lol!!! Hook 'Em Horns!!!!
