The staff at Troy Bartels, DDS are amazing!! From the time of check-in to check-out, you feel as though you are among friends. The hygienist was very thorough, asking all the questions that you would expect from someone who cared about her patient. I also like the fact that Dr. Bartels always comes in after the hygienist has completed the cleaning and does his own examination. Five stars is not enough. Lots of happy faces at Dr. Bartels office!!

I’ve been using Troy Bartel as a dentist ever since my college days moving to Jonesboro and I’ve always have had a wonderful experience. Most recently I took my 2 year old son for his first check up and the staff went above and beyond to make his first visit a good experience. The staff was sensitive to this being new for him, explained things on his level, we’re patient and even provided some little toys in his bag to leave with. My son loved the water feature he could look at through the window while we waited. Way to go Bartel’s staff. I appreciate you.
