Dr, Shuffield and his staff are amazing! They make you feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time you are there. They respect your time by running a very punctual schedule, I have always been in and out in my allotted appointment time. So thankful to have them as my dentist! You won't be disappointed if you try them!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Shuffield and his staff for all our dental needs. We find them so very knowledgeable, flexible, fair and honest. My husband just needed some major work done and when they got into it Dr. Shuffield realized he could do a little less and charge us a lot less. It's a blessing to have a dentist who looks out for our best interest!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. John Shuffield and his staff members, Pam, Michelle, and Molly. I had previously received new patient forms and the Covid-19 questionnaire, which expedited the appointment. I also viewed Dr. Shuffield’s video, which explained what to expect with regard to changes they’d made per the the new Covid-19 guidelines instituted into their office and processes. I am typically very nervous anytime I start with a new healthcare provider, and especially a new dentist. I can honestly say, I’ve never experienced a dental visit as expedient, personable, and pleasant as today’s appointment. Dr. Shuffield provided a very thorough dental exam and addressed any questions or concerns I had. As a new patient with a prior history of dental trauma and extensive repair work, his kind, caring attitude put me completely at ease. He has a very gentle manner and touch, as does his dental assistant Michelle and hygienist Molly. By far, their office outshines any dental care I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend you give this practice a try.

Probably the finest Dentist in LR and the staff is second to none. They are so friendly and the work that Dr. Shuffield has done for my family is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a new dentist office!!!

Dr. Shuffield and his staff are the best. Always respectful of your time and comfort during any procedure. Always punctual. Dr. Shuffield will spend whatever time is necessary to treat and explain current and future recommendations that may be needed to maintain a healthy set of teeth.

Dr. John A Cheffield is the true meaning of a Christian and it shows in his and the staff's care for the patients. One instance that comes to mind was when Dr. Jon was returning from a mission trip, but found time to call me when I was experiencing major sensitivity on one side of my mouth. Some drs. would not have gone that extra mile, but he did. Additionally, the office has reasonable dental hours so patients have more options for appointment times. They are good about working with you if you need to change an appointment or need to discuss financial options. I wouldn't choose anyone else, as West Side Dental is quite convenient, most important when dealing with oral medical needs. Keep up the great work.

Great dentist, very skilled professionally and personally. Care for the patient is very evident. Easy to work work with on the business side too, both scheduling and billing. All the staff is very good. Always a good sign when the bill is less than the estimate.
