Maumelle Family Denistry is a hidden gem. I walked into the office yesterday because I'd broken a tooth and had a very painful tooth ache. While I wasn't able to get a same day appointment, I was the very first person to be called and seen today. The hygienist and dentist were wonderful, down-to-earth, patient, and diligent people. The secretary and billing clerk were very classy and respectful young women. I'm saying all this as person who in general doesn't have time to take good care of myself and as someone who has had some really, really bad dental experiences. Today, I was treated with respect and gentleness; I was referred to a surgeon. And, I set my next 3 appointments. I was amazed at how much technology has changed denistry. I didn't have to bite down on those uncomfortable pieces of film. They had a machine that functions similar to a cat scan but for your head only. In a few minutes they had a complete x-ray of my mouth. I cannot say enough goid things about my visit today.

It was so awesome. I called to let them know I was going to be late. No problem they said,then I got lost no problem. They are the kindest and friendly staff and Doctor that I’ve ever met. They took there time with me did not rush. Excellent customer service. Explain and showed pictures of what might need if something didn’t work out.

Love coming here! My son and I both go here from start to finish from when you walk into the door get into the back and make your way out everybody's so happy friendly very wonderful environment! Wouldn't have it any other way 😎

Haven’t been to one in years sad to say but this was the hands down the most amazing place I’ve been. I think the amazing people for this practice because this is what I was trying to find. Caring people from the start. Most impressive , straight up talk, up front about costs. Hands down better than five stars. Just sayn

I enjoy seeing the staff & Dr. Wallace. They truly remember me from visit to visit. It may be due to my unusual pet. I really like his work & professionalism. I definitely will be back.
