Worst experience I ever had! I am traumatized of a dentist now. And I knew what to expect because I had teeth pulled out before, she had no bed side manners what so ever, I felt every yank, pull pain there was. I did request gas to the receptionist and they literally ignores me. I was having panic attacks and all she said was " you'll be fine". Now my face is swelled up with a huge huge bruise and I cannot talk. Her office wasn't sanitized what so ever and she was in such a rush. Do not go there! I wouldn't even send a animal there!

I had 6 teeth removed prior to obtaining dentures. They were located front top teeth The shots in the roof of my mouth hurt but that is do to location Sonya was very comforting. Gave helpful healing advice and suggested ways to comfort the pain. Low cost and very professional. Thank you

The worst visit I've ever had going to the dentist. Went in with a toothache in hopes of getting it pulled. She put numbing medicine on it and let it sit, well when she came back she didn't check to see if the numbing med took affect. She just started pulling on my tooth. I grabbed her arm because it hurt and needed a little more numbness to it. My face instantly swelled up and she didn't pull my tooth because i grabbed her arm. Most dentists check and see if the medication took proper affect. She did two big jerks on my tooth and out of reflex from the pain i grabbed her arm. My face is swollen and my tooth hurts 10 times more than when i went in. She wouldn't even give me anything to ease the pain. I had to go to my primary dr to get help with the pain i was in and they were happy to help because they said thats how she is. I heard a few stories from them. I have to go to another dentist just to get this taken care of. She was very unprofessional the whole time i was there. Wouldn't even look at me. Talked to the lady in the front the whole time. Just rude and not inviting are nice at all. She shouldn't be a dentist not trained properly on how to treat a person who is getting teeth pulled.

Will never return i have species in my mouth from her and her side kick said shes taking it like a trooper when she almost broke my jaw extraction of a tooth ..( was it because i was from the jail in stripes? Im am human not a piece of money or roadkill) . and was upset that tooth was coming almost out and i was crying how i could feel the pain . Ive had 8 teeth pulled before and never any problems but now my face is swollen i have an infection and mouth is green inside and infection coming out of my pores on my face . I am on antibiotics at the present time and going to er in the morning. . I will never ever send anyone there not even a dead rat .

Unprofessional and rude! She did sloppy work that i paid for out of pocket and had to have redone due to her horrible job. Wouldn't advise anyone to go to her or take their children! However All About Smiles in Ash Flat is amazing he redone the work sonya did and now i have a beautiful smile again!

Best dentist I’ve been to by far. Have visited several times and always left with my issues fixed. I was also always treated with the upmost respect. Would recommend to anyone.

She is the best dentist I ever had and I've been going to a lot of dentists since I was 2 .

Please do not go here especially children! I felt every bit of my tooth being pulled and she wouldn't stop to numb it more! Terrible!
