Dr. Heard and staff are always welcoming...like family. This vist made me feel extra special because one of the staff remembered a medical situation I was dealing with months ago. I forgot I'd told her. But her asking made me feel cared about. I appreciated that.

Everybody is nice here. I get my teeth cleaning twice a year. The only complaint is that it takes at least one hour to get your teeth cleaned. You have to wait for dental hygienist to actually start the cleaning and then wait for a while to doctor to check. He spends 3 min with you but you have to wait at least 10-15 min for that.

I had such an amazing first visit. For once a dentist normalized my teeth and what I'm experiencing. Dr. Heard was kind and thorough. Kristin was the most knowledgeable hygienist I've ever had. First time I've been to the dentist in my life that I didn't experience pain. I highly recommend Central AR Family Dentistry.
