While the work might be satisfactory, the up-selling and over billing is ridiculous. All they seem to care about is how much money they can make off a patient. Extremely disappointed in my experience with New Image Dental. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

We had been patients for 2 years, started with normal annual checkup and cleanings.
Slowly doctors started complaining about cavities and started treatments with Dr. Socia.
Staff always insisted to pay due amount up front on the date of treatment, they don’t even wait for insurance settlement and sending the bill.
Had a filling and suddenly few weeks later same tooth got broke and doctor suggested for replacing with ivory. They did not even consider to say a courtesy ‘SORRY’ for their inefficient treatment, due to which tooth got broken (it got split in to 4 pieces).
This time also, as usual they collected the payment upfront. Couple of months later, got a pending bill for $119, which I don’t want to pay as they had collected everything upfront and if they are not sure of exact amount, they could have waited until insurance settlement. Or, As it was their mistake, they should have taken some responsibility and learned to be careful while treating patients.
If they had some humanity they would have at least said a ‘sorry’ and covered all the cost as it was their mistake.
Now team started behaving rude and talking in such away that am at fault just for $119. My mistake was paying all money upfront during the visit. If the staff was inefficient in calculating the dues they could have waited until insurance settlement.
Should have complained to insurance, which I did not do. Planning to proceed legally now.
What about my time I lost due to Dr. Socia inefficiency?
Totally stopped visiting this place, suggest everyone to choose wisely.

I look for no star but that option not exist.
I personally don't recommend anyone come to this place.
They call me to come to clean my teeth like a debt collector call your phone.
If you miss appointment even you call cancel. They still charged you.
They charged me more than they told.
Over sand to my teeth, I am still feel num sometimes until now.

We have been patients with new image dentists for 6 months now. My daughter has gone through her treatment, my daughter, wife and I have been there for our annual cleaning.
The doctors are good, but hate the staff. The staff insisted on paying due amount on the date of treatment (In June'15) of my daughter instead of charging me my $50 deductible and sending the bill for remaining amount after insurance settlement, which I did pay on the same day. The staff also promised if there is a balance they will refund me promptly. I happen to check my insurance claims 5 months later and realized the doctors office had over charged me and never refunded. When I contacted them through ContactUs page on there website I didn't get any response, on top of that when I called them, they mentioned the ContactUs page doesn't work and they never refunded me as they payment by insurance was done late - on Oct 8th '15. I check with my insurance and the payment was a electronic payment on 23rd June'15. Also they had the cheque ready to give out to me next day I had called them.Can't trust this office staff at all.
