So an update to my previous review. I am shocked by the way this office operates. After the trouble and infection that they gave me here back in October, I made the decision to go to another dentist, and boy am I glad that I did. I have Delta Dental insurance which they didn’t accept here to begin with, and was accepted at the other office. Looking at this office compared to the new dentist I went, you can see the HUGE contrast between both dental clinics. Anaheim Dentist is unprofessional, rude, and just try to make a buck off of you. Anaheim Dentist was suggested a crown, but were charging me $1000 for a porcelain crown (with so many issues in the post treatment). For the next person considering going to Anaheim Dentist, I suggest you do not deal with these people if you really care about your mouth and health. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Instead drive the extra mile and go to Hope Family Dental in Anaheim. I recently went since they had a special on a crown for $600!!!! For a porcelain crown, I could not be happier! Especially considering their professionalism and cleanliness.

I love all the staff here they are very friendly. I have been coming here over 5 years now. Dr Nonahal is a very gentle dentist and has a lot of patients with me as I am terrified when I go to the dentist. She has even held my hand to calm me when I was crying in fear. I had past trauma.before. I am happy with there service. Thank you.

They will ask you to pay for root canal and unneccassary procedures even if you just want the bad teeth removed. i just went to get dental extraction but they inaisted i get root canal and referred me to an office which is closed so they dont have to do it because i have calmed.I dont think they like serving people with medical/ calmed as most other places.

First time coming to this dental office and my appointment time was 11am. I was attended by the dentist at 3 pm!!! No respect of time! They have to take two xrays cause apparently they only xrayed one tooth. I need to transfer seats cause their xray machine is not working. I also noticed that the apron they use for xray for the patients are dirty (even the one that I used). The dentist supposed to start examining me at 2:30 but then need to attend to the patient next to me. There's no drape or privacy. I can see the face of the patient and I can exactly see what they are doing to the other patient. Not so hygienic too. No proper handwashing from one patient to another. The dentist was not too polite and rushing. Dentist was asking me if she needs to treat two teeth and I said "whatever she thinks is the best". (I can't understand cause usually it's my dentist who explains to me what is the best thing to do.) I paused for a while to compose myself and think, but the dentist was like impatient and said "hellooo?? " in a sarcastic manner. I got upset, and told her I need to leave cause I've been there for so many hours and we can't seem to figure out what's the best option for my case. First time to experience this and so shocked and traumatized! Never again!

So I was referred by my sister in law and was kind of nervous of seeing someone else besides my dentist on Lincoln and Beach. I am so 😁 with the staff, the techs and especially DR. JOHN not only did he make me feel comfortable, he was so down to earth and made me feel so at ease. I was waiting to feel or hear the crackel, snap and pop from getting my wisdom tooth pulled out but to my surprise all I felt was pulling and next thing I know He's telling me that I was done. I give you two thumbs up. Thank you for making my first visit so special and most definitely will tell others about your spot.....YAY YAY!!!👍👍💯

I came in on a sun night and everything went smoothly and the staff is so welcoming and friendly definitely made me feel safe considering I needed to get an extraction. They make sure you are comfortable and are very patient definitely my new dentist for sure
