Dr.Krauss was a life saver for me.. I am a severe Type A Hemophiliac (bleeder) and he was the only Dentist willing to help me. Everyone else i went to didnt want a lawsuit or lose their practice if i happened to bleed uncontrollably or die from bleeding after dental surgery. Dr.Krauss stepped up to the plate and understood my condition and the risks and he took my case on anyways. His staff is amazing and Amber always went out of her way to check up on me. As well as Dr.Krauss, he was there every step of the way during my nearly 20 month process as my surgery sites healed and he waited for the optimum time to finish without harming me or putting me in discomfort. I did bleed alot and ended up in the hospital but that was because of my disease and how serious it is. My blood cannot clot and i needed hospital supervision and through it all he even stopped in to visit me. I not only gained a great Dr., but a great friend. He gave me back the smile i had dreamed about and never thought i would have again. I was a great success and his work was a great success and i was even honored to be able to repay his kindness by doing a radio interview for Dr.Krauss
at KUZZ that has run on many radio stations over the past 5 years or more. I trusted him with my life ... my Hemophilia doctors trusted him and with all my doctors working together Dr.Krauss was able to do what no one else would. His work speaks for himself and is a great representation of who he is and how good he is. Such a down to earth guy who could be your neighbor or average friend, but underneath all of that is a highly professional trained man skilled in what he does and he takes that very seriously. I have been smiling nonstop now since 2010 and meeting him in 2008 i would of never guessed how great of a job he would later do on me. If you want the best smile, feel good about smiling, tired of hiding from pictures or moments where you do not want to expose your teeth or lack of... then he is your guy.. he can give you what you desire and a whole lot more. I just didnt get my smile back, i got my confidence back and my happiness, my days of not smiling and avoiding pictures were OVER. He designed my smile to fit my face and mouth perfectly and i have never been happier. To almost lose your life for my happiness was a risk I was willing to take and i knew that years down the road a healthy smile and teeth would allow myself to keep myself healthy and strong. Eating the good things again and healthy things only made me healthier for my future and i am still going strong to this very day. I cannot say enough about My Friend Dr.Krauss and his wonderful staff and here it is 11 years since you made that first incision in my gums that changed my life forever back in December 0f 2008... I cannot thank you enough for helping me.. saving me.. more like it. Everytime i look in the mirror i see his work and remember what i had to go through to get that smile back i once had. I forget sometimes how strong of a man Dr.Krauss must be because i was the first Severe A Hemophiliac he ever preformed oral surgery on and he never waiverd or hesitsted or looked scared or unsure. Instead he had this confidence about him that just oozed out "I GOT THIS CHRISTOPHER". And he didn't fail me and didnt run away when he saw how much i bleed. If he can do all of this for me then the average person has no worries at all. This man knows what he is doing and he is the best at it in my book hands down. I am honored to have been one of his patients and even more homored to call him my friend. And how do we say let our friends know how much we appreciate them?? Well for me I just say..." Dr Krauss is an excellent dentist. I needed a very complicated total reconstruction which included implants and permanent bridges and dentures.
I had previous work done at LSU Dental School in New Orleans that failed. Dr Krauss was able to accomplished what the head of prosthodontics at LSU Dental School failed to do!
