Excellent service Dr krause is a very. Caring and patient person very good with his patients he does excellent work i. He has changed my life. For the better all i do nouw is smile and want to flash my beautiful smile. Before him i never could smile i was embarrassed but thanks to Dr krause i smile all the time and eat want i like. My food taste better i can't thank him enough for making my life happier and i get comments on my on my smile and people say u have the most whitest and beautiful smile. BEWARE!!! I was promised a beautiful smile...NOT!!! Had to go to a implant specialist and have my bottom of my mouth reconstructed. Took him to small claims and won my settlement!! Huge ego...lacking knowledge. Sent me a threatening letter 4 days before court and tried to intimidate me by threatening to bring the entire staff to court to let the judge know what a difficult, obnoxious patient i was. His intimidation did not work...the staff never got to speak!! Please research your dentists !!!

This place e is so clean and professional. I didnt have dental insurance but they have financing plans available and they were even nice enough to give me a discount. I think when my company has open enrollments I'm going make this our primary dentist.

After years of sitting in a dentist chair crying just from listening to what needed to be done , I finally found Dr. Krause and Smile Design. I can't begin to explain the wonderful experience I have had with Dr. k and his staff. NO TEARS, no Fear. Never had I made a point of arrived early and looking forward to seeing a dentist and staff. Although I new the work that I would need would be quite extensive, I knew they would take GREAT care of me. They have never let me down, and have gone above and beyond what I had needed with one goal in mind. That being to go out in public, see my family and friends and smile proudly without feeling that I had to cover my mouth before smiling. As for pain, I have never sat thru 4 root canels without crying, all in one day. I thank GOD I was able to find Dr. K. And staff and now consider all of them my dental family ! I would and have referred my family and friends to give Smile Design a check. You have nothing to lose, but so much like to gain. Dr. K will forever be my go to guy along with his wonderful staff. The key here is that they all put you, your needs a fear first before anything else. Go and check Smile Design, Dr. K, and staff just one chance.
