Spoke too soon! If you are getting serious oral surgery don’t do it here! I got a personal loan and paid them up front $13000. I communicated with Dr. Krauss during consultation that I don’t get completely numb. He assured me I could get IV sedation. Day of appointment I get a call from his office asking to push my appointment 1/2 hour later. When I asked about my ride dropping me off they never put me down for sedation. The front office receptionist tried to convince me to come in after I explained I’m having two holes drilled in my upper mouth (not teeth) and in my lower jaw another, she wanted to make sure to pass the blame on anyone other than her self by saying “well we weren’t in the room when he told you that”. Now they are refusing to give me my money back full. Stating that I’m going to be charged a cancellation fee when the mistake was theirs. The blond front office lady even refused to give me an approximate time of when their office will get to this. I’m not a wealthy person and took out a personal loan of $13000 to finally have the work that I need done and again got screwed by a dental office!

I have been scared to go back to the dentist for a out 9 yrs now due to a crown issue...but now I was embarrassed about the rest of my mouth because I let it go....oral hygienist was super good didn't make me feel embarrassed and brought my teeth back to life...thank you very much...and I need work done the dentist seems to be very compassionate and involved in what your concerns are...I'll give an update when I get the work done...but so far very happy with the care I have gotten
