Highly professional and experienced dentist and staff! Truly outstanding work! This doctor is BRILLIANT, honest and talented. I contacted many dentists in Beverly Hills and Orange County who had done celebrity teeth as I wanted mine to be white, beautiful and perfect like a Movie Star. The prices were so outrageously high that I decided to try Dr. Krauss as I saw a special in a magazine that offered a discount! I was verily leery at first because I do not trust anyone easily. Dr. Krauss put me at ease and offered me an incredibly reasonable pricing on crowns as I needed several. The team and the Dr. are lightening fast, efficient and my work was done with minimal visits and time. I have never had crowns that are so perfectly fitted or BEAUTIFUL like JEWELS! I can not say enough good things about this office, dentist and staff. Dr. Krauss is on his way up and worth the drive from anywhere in California! Amber, his office manager, would always keep in contact with me regarding appointments etc. She is highly professional and very amicable and friendly. Fast forward 6 hours after my emergency appointment I know I will be able to sleep tonight I will always have my nerve and back pain but my tooth infection will not be holding me back from getting some needed sleep. I’ve been taking antibiotics but nothing has helped, oregel did not help. Dr Krause prescribed me an antibiotic that is what I call a magic pill. Here I am 6 hours later with about 45% less pain in my mouth thanks to amber and dr Krause getting me in to get me on a game plan for a root canal service day after tomorrow and antibiotic that is I believe a life changer. I couldn’t even bend my head forward due to blood flow to my tooth causing extreme pain this time yesterday and in just 6 hours I can drink water and brush my teeth with half the pain. If only there was a magic pill like this to keep me from having chronic pain in my back legs and nerves I’d have it made in the shade. Thank you again dr Krause and staff. I’ve never looked forward to a dentist appointment like this in my life. Hands down the BEST / most talented caring honest dentist in town. I’ve referred one friend here for cosmetic crowns and will be raving about his business to all friends and family at all gatherings! His prayer list didn’t hurt either. Thank you for making me feel like a human being and not just another number.

I love coming here. I trust Dr. Krauss and his staff. They talk you through everything that they are doing. They are very kind. They help you so you can get your dental work done. They always help to make you feel so comfortable. I love this dentist. For the first time I have wanted to get my teeth fixed.

The dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and made it a comfortable experience. All the staff there is always friendly and accommodating.

Everyone is very polite in the office. It was my first time going in there the other day and I was welcomed by my first name even by the doctor he called me by my name before even meeting me.. this office takes the time to know there patients and makes you feel at home.. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking or not to sure about going to a dentist. ☺️

Dr Krauss and staff are excellent. I have been a patient for over 10 years and won't go anywhere else. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist. They make you feel very comfortable and are all very friendly. Don't go to a dental group where you see a different dentist every time. Here you will be made to feel as the only patient.

I neglected my teeth for years. I finally got the nerve up to go see Dr. Krauss. He didn't lay any guilt on me just went to work correcting many problems. I'm still a work in progress but am very happy with the results so far. He fixed my two broken front teeth which I have lived with since the 2nd grade. He is kind and has a great sense of humor. His many staff members are all top notch.

Recently my tooth began to hurt much. Also I have recently had a knee replacement and was concerned with the possibility of inadvertently infecting my new knee from dental work. After seeing my knee doctor I called Dr. Krauss’ office late Friday morning and he saw me in the early afternoon. He set up a protocol of antibiotics and was fully aware of what was needed. The medicine greatly reduced the pain and he saw me and performed a root canal the following Wednesday. Now I’m feeling much better and am back to normal life. Thank you Dr. Krauss and staff!

I am from New Jersey and visiting California and had an emergency. I called several dental practices and Bakersfield Smile Design was the only one to fit me in. I am so happy it worked out that way, they were amazing! They actually made me a new bridge and it looks MUCH better that the one I had done in NJ.
