Dr Ma is excellent. I would recommend him. The loss in stars comes from the experience with Rosemary in the front office. She said my husband’s crown was denied twice. I called the insurance and they never submitted for approval. So Rosemary flat out lied about submitting it. Now we will go to a different dentist that had insurance approval in under a month. Again, I have nothing bad to say about the Dr. His chair side manner is awesome and I never felt anxious while he worked on me. The other assistants have always been friendly as well.

I am really satisfied with their service. The staff is friendly and are always on time. I enjoy how they are so good with my son who has anxiety. I believe he has over come his anxiety towards the dentist thanks to everyone at Dr. James office.

Best dental office I’ve been yo since childhood. All the staff is awesome :) and the provider 🙏 I didn’t feel a thing I had my wisdoms tooth pulled out and when I say I didn’t feel anything i didn’t feel anything!!!! Thanks a lot see you guys soon

Dr. Ma has been my family dentist for over 10 years, and he is the best dentist in town! I refer all my friends, family, and colleagues to him because he is honest, caring, and very professional. His staff is always kind and helpful. What I truly love the most is that my children are NOT fearful of going to their dentist visit, they go in and never complain about anything, in fact they come out of every visit with a big bright smile!
