Omg I love it here lol they r so nice and sweet they are really understanding and helpful so much I been coming here since I was freshman now I’m a senior and I been having my braces for about 2 years already it was a lot of work but now I am here with teeth are great and I love the doctors and staff!

Excellent experience...
I recently had a horrible experience with another dental office (Southwest Dentistry) so while looking for a new dentist I found Dr. Ma, and did my research prior to selecting him. I must admit I was extremely impressed with his mannerism; he is attentive, professional, soft spoken, and yet funny all in one.
Now on the financial side of it perhaps average if you have no insurance, however, his treatment plan recommendations seem more reasonable than someone just trying to gouge their patients out of a dollar.
The staff was friendly and attentive. It's a very small office so plan ahead and dont bring extra people with you, but overall it sure is worth the wait. Be patient with Rosemary the office manager she wears many hats from my observation but she is great. I noticed she collaborates with Dr. Ma when answering questions she is unsure of, which leads me to believe he is very hands on about his practice.
My pet peeve is Customer Service, so I had to rate them and give my recommendation of this office...

Dr. James is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced!! Office is a bit small but the staff there are very nice and welcoming. My sister had her wisdom teeth taken out by him and said she did not feel a thing! She said he’s very gentle and quick. I didn’t believe her until I went for myself. I got a filling done and did NOT feel a single poke! His technique is amazing...mA Overall Dr.James is very professional and I definitely recommend him! Thanks Dr. James C. Ma and staff!

I had such an awesome experience with Dr Ma and the office staff. After spending all morning trying to find a dentist that accepted my insurance with no luck a family member insisted I call James C. Ma. Within 10 min I was booked for a same day appointment. When I arrived it was pretty busy but wait was no longer than 10 min. Dr Ma, was very thorough and friendly and even cared enough to ask about other health issues. I really am thankful to have been recommended here.

The staff is EXTREMELY welcoming. I was in back exactly at my appointment time. They handled my social anxiety as well as my anxiety of the dentist with such care.
Every step of the way they informed me beforehand of what was going to happen and what to expect, they listened to ME instead of my guardian (as I am still a minor at this moment).
Unfortunately because of the severity of my teeth decay it was too painful to get my procedure done awake even with the numbing shots . The moment I showed signs of being uncomfortable they gave me a few moments to breathe and asked me if I wanted to proceed. When I said no they where just so sympathetic and instead of trying to numb me more, Thanked me for trusting them to get close enough to try and have me referralled for a dental surgeon. Which four other dentistries
would refuse to even consider.
They actually care here, I definitely recommend them.
