Southwest Family Dentistry stands by their work and name. They take pride in their work allowing you to fill like your at home with Family and Friends. Their waiting room is comfortable. In my experience when they schedule you at 1600 hrs your seen at 1600 hrs. True perfectionist! I give them a five star rating.

They were very professional and friendly. I am a new patient and they explained everything they were going to do from the X-rays to exams to what my insurance was going to cover and out of pocket. Most importantly they made me feel comfortable!!

Other reviewers are correct: this offices tries to make as much money as they can. I realized this too late when I was already several hundred dollars in debt. Once insurance coverage was maxed, they suddenly didn't care much about my teeth. Fillings fell twice within two months. Never going back. Assistants are really nice but administration only sees dollar signs.

I have been going to Dr. Ching for about 30 years now, and have found him to be extremely professional and personable. Since he moved to a location farther away, which is beautiful by the way, I have to go out of my way, which I wouldn't do if he wasn't worth it, which he definitely is. He also has a good staff, and excellent facilities. I would strongly recommend him for any dentistry work.
