Had broken crown replaced on my tooth last week Dr Ching did an excellent job as always The nurses was pleasant and nice to talk to and made you feel calm and not nervous about what was going to happen and the girls at the desk did their job my visit was a very good visit I recommend Dr Ching and his office for your dental needs.

I finally gave in after 1.5 years of back-and-forth with the billing dept and paid $150 that I don't believe I owed. I promptly came to write a review, and am mildly entertained that I wasn't the only one with a terrible experience here...
The facilities are nice, and the people seemed nice enough... But scheduling was a pain, I saw numerous doctors with no repport, and as mentioned the billing has been a nightmare... I felt like a 16 year old girl being swindled at an auto-repair shop. Since leaving Bakersfield I have lived 2 other places, and seen 2 other dentists, both of which have been wonderful experiences. Southwest Family Dentistry set the bar pretty low. There are plenty of other dentist out there, don't consider this facility.
