Everyone at this office is always so friendly and quick to get us checked in and called back to our appointment. We have never had a negative encounter with any of the staff here at S.W.F.D. we have been coming for many years. Dr. Ching is the best, I've had a few crowns done by him and I highly recommend him for any dental treatment. Most recently my daughter came in to have a checkup and teeth cleaning, the hygienist (I believe her name was Victoria) was really great! She really took the time to clean my daughter's teeth and instruct her how to better clean around her braces. My daughter was nervous about going, but was relieved and happy after the appointment due to Victoria and the care she took. Thank you everyone at Southwest Family Dentistry!

I just recently moved to the Central Coast but I needed to proceed with my implant plans and Dr. Ching and Dr. Pak are the only ones I want doing the procedure because after all these years of going to them, they have always been very nice and professional! They also have a great staff, very pleasant and professional as well! Choosing a dentist is always a big decision but I’ve been with them for over 20 years and that’s got to be a good sign😃

I absolutely hate going to visit the dentist. I over brush, barley floss, and use to brush my teeth with hydrogen peroxide. I’m pretty sure I was every dentists worst nightmare.
My family is from out of town and when searching for a provider, back in 2018, I found this gem. I was so sad when we had to relocate to Houston and feared my experience somewhere else. Luckily we moved back and I can honestly say the service is better if not the same. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and warm. They ease my frustrations without notice and provide the highest quality of dental service I’ve ever experienced.
Noteworthy: what sets this place aside from other is the “one stop shop” I have plans to treat my cavities, address my receding gums, and get braces at the same location.
