Berkeley Dentistry - Ricky Singh, DMD

I’ve been a patient here for 7 years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. The hygienists do a great job cleaning my teeth and are very nice and kind too. They recently renovated their waiting lobby and it is very nice to wait in. They take Berkeley SHIP.

I have been a patient @ this dental practice since 1970. The dentists of this practice have been great, but would like to acknowledge the 2 dental hygienists who've taken care of me, Carol & Mona. Today, Mona was my hygienist, & she was excellent! She guided me through the procedure, did her work expertly & efficiently, & gave me a lot of info re: dental care. Carol has been my hygienist in past visits, and she, also, has been excellent for the same reasons stated previously. The office staff is friendly & helpful. Thank you for taking care of my dental needs all these years & I'll be back!

This is a horrible office that never returns phone calls. I just called and no one is ever available- except thru after hours after they avoid mistakes. The dentist left my tooth with a hole in it until the filling fell out and now is unavailable- after a charge was made to my plan-scammer. Horrible and on top of that the staff is rude and belligerent. Don't go here.

The expressions "dental visit" and "pleasant experience" don't usually come up in the same context. But I have to say that this appointment at Berkeley Dentistry/Ricky Singh DDS -- my first -- was the most pleasant dental experience I have had in over half a century of dental visits.

Mona, the hygienist, was friendly, professional, patient, thorough, and immediately put me at my ease. Dr. Singh was equally so. This visit far exceeded my most optimistic expectations, and there is nothing I would have wanted different.

I had a great experience today. I liked the vibe of the place, the staff is super nice, and I liked there was relaxing music playing throughout the space. My dental hygienist was very thorough and my teeth feel very clean! I'm happy I found this dental office and I would recommend it.

Una the Hygienist is awesome! She goes out of her way to make sure the experience is pleasant and is so thorough! I highly recommend Berkeley Dentistry! Very nice staff and they have all the latest tech.

I have been a patient at this office for many years. Overall I’m very satisfied with the quality of dentistry at this office. My only complaint is that they have changed their policy so that they require full payment before you are even seen. I tried to explain that I typically wait for my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company before I pay my bill so I know exactly what my insurance company says I have to pay. I also explained that I’ve been a patient for many years and they know that I always pay my bills as does my wife. Call me old-fashioned, but I look at a professional practice whether it’s Medicine or Dentistry dIfferent from ordering something online or paying for a bag of groceries. It should be a relationship of complete trust. You trust that the dentist will do a professional job. He or she trusts that you will pay your bill.If they don’t trust you 100% to pay your bill in a timely fashion then they shouldn’t have you as a patient. So I personally feel that this new policy is somewhat insulting…But again, I may be old-fashioned.

I am very grateful that the office was able to fit me in today, as I was in some pain and distress. The staff are all very kind and efficient.

I give Dr. Singh and his staff my sincerest and most enthusiastic recommendation. I'm have had extensive dental work in my life; so I speak from experience. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further. All aspects of this practice are professional and pleasant. I don't often comment online, but I wanted to share my positive experience and encourage others to choose Dr. Ricky Singh.

Seriously, Dr. Singh is a really nice guy! I immediately felt the warmth of his presence and kindness when he walked in the room. He explained everything in a manner that I could easily understand. He didn't lecture me for not visiting the dentist for a very long time. He put together a treatment plan by priority, so that I can, step-by-step get the work done, in a way that is affordable to me. You can instantly tell that Dr. Singh LOVES being a dentist, which put me at ease, because I despise going to the dentist. The office staff is professional and helpful. All in all, I happily recommend Dr. Ricky Singh.
