I had my dentures made by this dental group which took six months due to their mistakes.
When I finally got and wore them I felt so much pain on my gum which I believe was caused by cheap material and bad making.
They tried to fix them a few times in the following month but finally my lower denture broke into two pieces during their repair.
The receptionist (Chris) charged me $150 for their technician to fix my denture caused by their mistake.
I was reluctant but had to do it for not having other choices.
Arriving at his lab I asked the technician if he could guarantee his repair for reasonable time and he said no.
At that time I knew I had to have my new dentures made again at my expense and went back to get my money back from Chris without having their dental technician fix it.
She seemed to be a little upset but gave my money back.
Dr. Liu and Dr. Byun might be kind and competent doctors but the arrogant receptionist only knows juicing money out of patients without showing any respects to clients.

Dr Liu is energetic, yet meticulous, and attentive. It is not easy to find any professional with such attributes. I had my crown done on my lower right molar, and the fit and comfort is excellent. I didn't even feel the shot, and the spa-style towel to cover my eyes and face during the procedure was a nice idea -- I felt very comfortable and at ease. The assistants were well trained and didn't miss a beat; everything went so smooth. The interiors got a nice upgrade as well; office is clean and pleasant. I will go to him even though the distance is quite a bit for me.

The office staff are friendly and nice. I told the office manager that I preferred to not have my teeth x-rayed. She still asked the tech to X-ray my teeth. Hmm..disrespect for patients rights and opinion? Then the doctor gave me a lecture on why my teeth need to be x-rayed. I had a comprehensive visit 8 months ago with my dentist at home and I didn’t have time for X-rays. I asked for a general cleaning. Since I refused to have x rays, the doctor asked me to leave. It was a waste of time.
