Had a great experience with Dr. Wu. He took the time to explain to me what issues I had and what needed to be done. The procedure itself was very smooth and I felt really safe and comfortable. Its been about a week since the procedure and I haven't had any pain or discomfort.
I also saw one of the dental hygienists for a cleaning. She did a great job and she was really friendly.
I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork online before the appointment, so I was attended to immediately upon entering the waiting room. The entire staff was really friendly. I'm going to be going here from now on.

Dr. Kress does great crowns but don't trust him to do a root canal. When he makes a mistake and misses a root he denies it. I was in a lot of pain after the root canal. I went back multiple times and he took x-rays. Each time he told me there was nothing wrong. I finally went to another dentist and I was told that Dr. Kress had done an incomplete root canal. When i approached Dr. Kress about it he said it wasn't his fault. Now I have to have another root canal and possibly a new crown and my insurance wont pay for it. He needs to stick to general dentistry. Another great thing about Dr. Kress - I owed him $300 for other work he did. I didn't want to pay it because of the inferior root canal and the money I was going to be spending to do another root canal. He turned me over to a collection agency. Really, quite the guy, wouldn't you say!!
