I was 25 minutes early, morning appointment, and they were over 15 minutes late and no eta.
Explained one of the waivers as it didn't apply so just go ahead and sign... Huge red flag.

This is like a real dentist and office should be. Great staff, pleasant, friendly, competent. The dentist is really nice, friendly and helpful. I was amazed. Highly recommend for new patients, older people. And nervous dental customers like I was.
