I had a good experience for my first visit here. Always nervous starting fresh with a new doctor and he was very kind. He listened to my concerns and they gave me a prompt treatment plan for what he planned on doing. They seem fairly high tech too!

I recently had a dental cleaning by Robin and an annual dental exam by Dr. Kyle.
Dr. Kyle’s office and staff were well prepared for Covid-19. Additionally, the exam rooms were equipped with air purifiers due to the smoky environment from the local wild fires.
I appreciate Dr. Kyle and his staff for their professional service and caring hearts.

Everyone is very welcoming and professional. I love Pattie there at the front/check out desk. Pattie, Robin and Donna are the ones I usually deal with and they are just wonderful.

Knowing that I would be flying in to Sacramento from out of state where I was living, and then driving a rental car to Paradise for a volunteer work project, I let Chico Dental Arts know my dates of town visit w request to give me a cancellation appointment if one became available. Within two hours of arrival, I received an office call to inquire if I was in town and whether I was available for an appointment right then! As I did not have a certain premedication with me to take prior to any of my dental, the office immediately called the prescription in to Walmart for an ASAP preparation. To make a longer story short, I was able to take my medication at the right time, my xrays had been taken, and then Dr Kyle was able to examined me. I was ready for my cleaning. The caring difference of this office team truly went the second mile w me! This was truly a superb welcoming event for me! Thank you, Chico Dental Arts! I highly recommend you to anyone!
