A negative star would be more appropriate. This is the worst Dental place I have ever been. The doctor insulted me twice. I was there for 3 +hours for x-rays and cleaning. The Doctor told me I had the hale Mary of dental work ( I wonder if he thought this was cute or was he trying to shame me) he asked what medications I was on- I told him that they were on the screen right in front of him. He then said "well do you know why you are prescribed these medications" in a condescending tone. Again he asked "What are the medications" so I pulled out my phone and showed him the same list they made me enter upon check in. I was shuttled from room to room and x-rays were take. After 2 hours I asked how much longer. I was told 20 minutes and it took another hour and 20 minutes. Then they would not do the cleaning as they did not have time. I was scheduled for this service so why there was no time? Because of poor scheduling. I tried to switch my deep cleaning (out of pocket 500.00) to a regular cleaning and they said they could not because they would be liable. this is a scam dentist who wants to do implants and overpriced services only. They will do everything to take your money. run do not walk to another dentist.

I had an amazing experience. Customer service from Rosa as beyond excellent. I was very pleased being that even as a grown up it is still scary to go to the dentist. Rosa made my visit experience at ease. Would 100% recommend this place.

I 100% recommend this office, everyone was exceptionally helpful but Rosa went above and beyond her role to make me feel welcomed & comfortable. She discussed my best dental options & we were able to start SAME DAY TREATMENT. Thank you Dr Calicdan & Rosa! 😊 definitely will be back soon !

I had not seen a dentist since COVID started and had a lot of work that needed to be done in a short period of time. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Calicdan, he explained everything he was going to do and put me at ease. He has a great sense of humor too, really a nice guy. All of the back office staff were pleasant and good at what they do. I am glad I chose Chico Modern Dentistry.

I want to say how pleased I am. I was welcomed by a very pleasant and professional health care coordinator, Rosa. She not only made me feel welcomed, she was very knowledgeable. She walked me through my whole treatment plan which made me feel very comfortable and confident.

By far one of the best dental offices! Staff is super welcoming and friendly 😊 their receptionist Rosa was very sweet and professionally explained every detail about my procedure as well as answered all of my questions and concerns! Highly recommend 💯

The whole office staff is amazing! Rosa in particular is always very nice and helpful, I love how she always works with me to find the perfect time for my next appointment. Will definitely be a lifetime patient.

The entire staff was great, everyone was so nice and the office was very clean. A special thank you to Maritza for getting my dad in, in such short notice, she was super sweet.

For all your dental needs...THIS IS THE PLACE!!! The office is clean and organized, and the staff...well, the staff is just amazing!! ROSA was very professional and friendly and her/their customer service surpasses my expectations! Would I recommend Chico Modern Dentistry...ummm...without a doubt...!!!

It just switched over to Chico modern dentistry , I had an amazing experience, the staff if wonderful. Dr.Chow is a pleasure to see. Maritza the Manager did an amazing explaining my financial arrangement , explaining what my insurances covered & what my co-pay cost is going to be. I ❤️ that they have a 0% APR financing.
