Western Dental & Orthodontics

So, I am a new patient at Western Dental, and my dentist that did my work is Dr. Aleta. I just want to take a moment to highly recommend her. She definitely explains everything she is going to do, and listened to all my concerns and did what she could to address them at every point throughout my treatment. She has a very gentle but effective touch while she is doing the dental work, and professional and attentive bedside manner. I was very worried about the dental work I had to have done but once I trusted Dr. Aleta, everything worked out! I felt she heeded my cosmetic concerns as well and the work came out looking beautiful! Thank you, Dr. Aleta! The only reason I only gave four stars is that it's a little hectic in the waiting room. I can tell the ladies behind the counter are working hard, but it did seem a little rushed and confused at times. They did answer all my questions though and did their best to explain the billing, insurance, etc. Just DON'T FORGET TO WEAR A MASK, it's important in their office. Also be sure to double check your appointment times as there was some issues with scheduling, but they did their best to make it right in the end. The x-ray techs and dental assistants were also very kind.

First time visiting here and I will definitely be back. Professional and efficient staff. Santana made me forget how uncomfortable I am at the dentist office. She was so kind and pleasant to be around. She took the time to explain everything that would be done before it was and made sure I was completely comfortable. James was courteous, made me laugh and worked with my insurance issues so that I had the most options available to me. Overall smooth and positive.

James was so friendly! I appreciated his great service.

Unfortunately, I quite frustrated that my appointment that was at 10:00AM and it did not end until 2:38PM. I was not expecting that. I would of preferred more open communication by the staff. If they were running that far behind (several hours) and I knew the wait was that long I would of rescheduled. I attempted to reschedule at 1:30pm, however, staff told me "I was next". I waited an additional 30 minutes and was actually seen. This is the 2nd time my initial evaluation has run incredibly late.

Amazing staff and dentist! I just moved from Washington and found this place, and they are all amazing! I had two replacements for old fillings and I felt no pain and the dentist was very quick and excellent at telling me what she was doing when she was doing it. The staff that I ran into that are amazing are Jorge, Stephanie, Vanessa and the dentist that is excellent is Dr Aleta. I am happy I came here.

Santana is a super star! I was very nervous to come in but Santana made me feel much better. She is so professional, kind and knowledgeable. Myra was also so friendly, helpful and awesome. Western Dental is lucky to have such excellent workers. They need raises!

Great experience overall! Front staff was very helpful & friendly, Santana is an expert at doing x-rays, she did an amazing job she explained all the procedures step by step. I recommend W&D to anyone looking to get some work done they do basically everything.

Kimberly was very helpful with the information I asked from my first visit. Since then I feel comfortable coming to this location. Doctor Kenny took great care of me. He is very gentle making sure that I feel comfortable and not in pain. If I can give him more than five star I would! Chantel is amazing with explaining all the questions I had and she's very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience with all of the staff.

Walter, George and Santana were great! I came in so nervous, with so many questions, and they really took their time to stop and explain how everything works, and work out an affordable game plan for my treatment. George took my impressions, and (most importantly) reminded me to think and stay positive; I so greatly needed to hear that. Thanks so much everybody!

Had an appointment for an emergency and I get there and they can’t find my appointment so they asked me to come back next day. Lady standing next to me had the exact same issue. So they need to work on scheduling. Also some of the receptionist can be more professional but not all we’re bad. The girl who took my X-rays was awesome!

Really loved Santana and James! They were so sweet and easy to get along with! 100% enjoyed my experience because of them! Full of laughs and I didn’t cry I swear!
