Friendly staff front and back office, very detailed in explaining what needs to be done and what it costs. The only complaint I have is they need more office help. It gets super super busy, a lot of patients at once there for a long wait time

James at the Cohasset location is very helpful, friendly and made me feel very much at ease. I've been going for a couple of years now. All of the staff, dentists, reception, and Chantel are 5-star great. James brings it all up to the next level. Thank you!

The dentist here yelled at me in front of his entire office and patients saying they don't take emergency appointments even though I literally had an appointment for an emergency visit. Rude, unprofessional, and unsafe environment. If he talks to his patients this way in front of others, I don't want to know how he would treat me behind a closed curtain.
