I was very hesitant to go to Western Dental because of some reviews i had read. Today was my fourth visit and I can say without a doubt....Dr. Kenny and his staff are the GREATEST!! The work I had done was beautiful and painless. They made me feel relaxed, informed me of the process as they went along, and it was the most positive experience ever! I absolutely recommend Dr. Kenny and his wonderful staff. 👍😁

I am a first time patient with Anthem PPO
Yaritza at the front desk overheard her peer about to turn me away because they were busy, after I had already had issues with the Mangrove office manager the day before. Yaritza stepped up and made sure my concerns were heard to her boss. She then proceeded to file my paperwork and got me seen within 30 minutes! The other office manager, Clarissa could learn a thing or two from Yaritza especially about how to verify insurance coverage (which a manager should know).
Santana did my X ray exams, and was not rushed, even explained dental standards before the doctor arrived. She was awesome!
